Bought an Inmotion bin, when it arrived I unpacked...

Bought an Inmotion bin, when it arrived I unpacked it to find that it had a scuff mark and some discolouration on the Chrome lid. I put in a complaint within 20 minutes of the delivery arriving and have now waited double the time they suggest is the maximum time they need to respond but no one has contacted me. I want them to take away the old bin and refund my money.
