This doesn't deserve one star also. I have ordered utsav clothing silk green embroidered long anarkali suite worth 10.79USD and the tracking people of dhl received the package label number on Feb 3, 2020 and they have not received the package till date (19.02.2020). There is no response to either emails or messages. This site looks fake and don't order to lose your money.

The customer service r very poor like to make fun for customer problem like it s not their responsibility to solve the problem

Our money was taken, the order link was deleted within 7 days of the order. We did not receive any response to our mails. Now the site is down.
I do not know if it is due to COVID but we placed the order long before any shutdown was instated in India.

We hope we are not dealing with a fraud company.

This store says they don't have a customer care desk. The nmbr given is of security desk. Fraud company. Beware.

There is no response to either emails or messages. This site looks fake and don't order to lose your money. Too worst site.

Total fraud! Please be aware. I m thinking may be they wrote their own good reviews.

The pictures shown on the websites are fake and they make copy of the dresses shown and the original dress is not uploaded on the website.
I bought the product it was total copy of the original but material and work was completely different the material was so poor that I did not even wear the dress on the first place.In the Picture it will look same as the original but in real its pathetic. When I tried to return the product they responded so late after a day and asked me that somehow keep the product and they will give me a compensation of 700 after giving them detailed images and asking for a refund they said that they cannot bear the shipping charges but will refund the amount I said yes because the amount I paid for the product along with stitching was 7801 much more greater than the shipping charges I have to bear so I said yes. They again took more than 24 hours to reply .I could return the item finally and got the product amount refunded quickly in that case they were fast in refunding the amount at least but shipping charges was bear by me.Where as other online shopping has instant return policy and shipping charges bear by the company itself.They even do not consider there mistake.This was my first and the last time please do not buy any stuff from this website.many of them are uploaded from amazon I got the complete picture on amazon but in there website same piece but with limited pictures the quality is so bad and Price they charge is so high not even half of it is worth it.I felt really bad the wedding ceremony in my house is on 16th November 2019. I did not had money to buy to a new dress and I am a salaried person needed money.The good thing is I got the money now and can buy a new dress at-least. I am writing this review for the first time buyers who have already got good product from here that is fine there luck was good.but think twice before buying from here.

Total fake company. The photo and the dress delivered is totally different. Very unprofessional and to top it, they are asking us to return the item by courier on our own. No return service and no acknowledgement of problems.

They do not take return as advertised. They sell return products. Dirty and used products for sale

Sold an item which is very low quality when the purchase price was too high. Put plastic paper for glass works on the saree.
