Utopolis Review

Best cinema by far in Luxembourg. Tickets are overpriced compared to other countries but at least there are plenty of showings in English. Movies arrive sometimes even earlier than in the US and there's a good system for buying tickets from home. Several restaurants in the main hall and less than a minute's walk from Auchan where there is a larger variety. Only reason why it doesn't have five stars is because of the popcorn and snacks prices. A small Ben and Jerry's tub is four or five times the supermarket price. Popcorn costs way too much.

Great place for a fun time to espace from reality. Not only local languages but also plays all international movies. Bravo .... Kinepolis.

Great 4D cinema, really a great experience. Just the drinks and the overpriced food.

We saw the film in 4D, the surprising effects. It was not the first time we watched a 4D movie, but I can say that Kinepolis was successful in its hall, comfortable seats, sound effects well, we had fun. By cons the lady who sold us the tickets (Ms. Alessio) very incompetent: the room was only half full and we 2 adults and 3 children, she was not able to give us 5 place next door. Plus, she did not ask us if we had the glasses.

Currently renovation works undergoing; rooms are nice and with comfortable seats.

The cinema is very good, but there are two big concerns, the prices which are exaggerated especially on the snack side, and the advertising wait before a film which lasts 20 minutes! The 4:30 p.m. session actually starts at 4:50 p.m. What seriously motivate ...

HUGE screens and comfortable seating inside. Although the prices for sweets is a bit high its definitely the BEST cinema in Luxembourg.

In the course of modernization after the acquisition by Kinepolis, the price curve unfortunately follows the usual Kinepolis curve ... The place is clean, the shop is diversified and the parking is easy thanks to the Auchan car park.

They ask too much money. The students need to have a special request and people should ba able to chose there exact seat positions.

The cinema becomes desertified a little more each year. The prices are getting exorbitant and for no apparent reason. If nothing changes, I increasingly doubt its survival.

Perfect place for a family afternoon or for eveeyday escape. Good sound, good movies, good restaurants.

Utopolis on Kirchberg. Even the most beautiful and modern cinema within 100 kilometers is only harming itself today. For months, no possibility to drink or eat something at the cinema (5 restaurants will be available from 2017), old dirty seats, big toilets ... The only thing we can show you the prices is:

Latest hit movies but German and French films as well. Everything in local and (!) original languages, so it is pretty great. Restaurants in the building and the usual cinema shop.
Even though no coffee sold there they remind you at the entrance to not bring in the one you bought next door at the McCafe.

A cleanser, as some people think, they could eat the popcorn like pork, spread it all over the floor and think it makes one clean behind. ..

Overall a good experience, went for a movie there. Snacks being self service (except cashier) is nice. The extra space between the screen and the seats (for events I guess) does not add to the cinematographic experience. Also, I bought my ticket online for the cinema in Limpertsberg, was very nice of the cashier and the cinema to replace it with a voucher for the Kirchberg Kinepolis :). There are some places on the ground floor to grab a quick bite before or after the movie.

Good theater for movies in English. Parking is easy if you use the underground parking at the mall across the street.

So today I wanted to go see the movie Dragon once after taking the tickets the salesgirl tells me that my 4 year old daughter can not go there we had to cancel and never leave kinepolis if I go see a movie I will cross the border

The latest movies even earlier or equal to the start of the films from Germany (after Utopolis, the cinema before) and a cinema with opportunities to eat and drink what before or after a movie depending on the time is not bad. You will always find a great movie The selection is always excellent and very numerous and in any language. The cinema is also on the cutting edge of cinema technology (4K, 3D, ...)

First of all: most of these google reviews here are paid and fake. This theatre is a nasty rip-off. Why do.i need to pay 10 euro for a simple ticket? Worst thing: the movies start with about 35 minutes late!!!!!!!!! Why does it say 10pm and the movie starts much later? Come on, you can do better!!!

Overcrowded tonight. Annoying noise coming from a fan above us. Squeaky chairs. Not to mention the rude people making plenty of noise.

For those who only speak English in the area, great theater!

It is very well placed in the city. For English speakers it's really perfect. Diversified film schedules. The interior is very beautiful and the staff is friendly.

Nice, well-maintained rooms, but I do not understand why we have to pay for the renewal of rooms ?? 2 more for room 1 and 1 because the movie was long mdrrr and then what else ?,

The projection rooms are spacious enough. The quality of projection and sound are well made, even in "small rooms".

Great cinema. Probably the best compared to its competitors. The price is correct. I recommend the cozy seats, which are a little more expensive but much more pleasant.

The rooms are big and very clean. The session is 6 for everyone on Monday, which allows to see a lot of film in original voice subtitled.

Bring the Original English Version Movies for kids BACK!!! Please! The current situation is terrible! We can no longer take our kids to the movies in Luxembourg and we are not the ONLY family in this awful situation. Really poor decision making by new management... extremely disappointing to say the least.

Main Cinema in Luxembourg where you can also find all kind of restaurants and bars. This place even has a McDonald's.
All blockbusters are played here in original language usually with French, German or Nederlandish subtitles. The movies are played in 3D as well. The Cinema is near a the supermarket Auchan and near all directions of highways.
A ticket costs around 10 . The Cinema has the latest technical standards.

Mega cool good movies many languages since recently there is also a self service device you can look for a place in peace a properly working 4DX room and good snacks to the movie this cinema is the experience just worth it

Modern cinema space with few restaurants around. Some will appreciate spending EUR 2 premium for the cosy seats.

Rooms redone with VIP seats (???). Terrible and extremely annoying popcorn noise. People eat dirty and loud. No fun coming to this cinema.
