It's the best company for English and German books.

Staff was not trained well. Some told us the audio CD can be found online and then we found out it is a must pay despite given as a free on the back of the book ! Publisher clai ed it is a mistake! excuse me since when do customers pay the provider or the vendor' mistake ! They promised to provide us a good discount from future purchases .

It doesn't help at all. Their treatment is repulsive.

A leading mega library for language books. Very recommended for languages seeker, specially German.

Trying to call for a whole week, never picking up. Tried different numbers published on Google and on their FB page. Gave a visit on a Saturday (should be a working day according to their info on Google) no one is there!

You can't buy books unless you have a membership with a course provider which is horrible for independent learners

The place is above a bank ... in a building we add ... the entrance is dark, but when you are afraid, we will add it soooooo ... but take care ... the books are original, the prices are expensive
