Staff was not trained well. Some told us the audio CD can be found online and then we found out it is a must pay despite given as a free on the back of the book ! Publisher clai ed it is a mistake! excuse me since when do customers pay the provider or the vendor' mistake ! They promised to provide us a good discount from future purchases .
