Jack was awesome. Very helpful and personable. I was able get my internet and security system set up in our new home hassle free. They literally did it for me. Not to mention got a discount with security system.This service is amazing. I would give 10 stars if it was an option.

As the company associate who assisted me, Adam, would say, "Awesome." With just two phone calls (an introduction to the service and a follow-up for what the home service options will be), I got the peace of mind of having options explained and why. They were able to find an internet service provider that wasn't even listed on common search engines, discuss utility services, and describe the different services of several security companies.
My only issue is that they didn't discuss the benefits of using self-installed security. I know that they are contracted with specific agencies and are meant to push select products, but at least a mention of products like Amazon Guard would be satisfactory as at least as a preface to the high-quality security options they could also proffer. "You could get inexpensive options like Amazon Guard, but here are other options available to you" would be excellent.
So yeah, super helpful service, great people to talk to, and helped get a lot together within a day. I have a positive impression of the service.
Great and easy experience. Jack was kind, helpful, and quick to help with all my needs. He asked questions to help get exactly what was the best fit for us and compared prices/benefits of each service. Glad they could take some of the stress of moving off my shoulders. Would 100% recommend, very satisfied with his service.

Especially when a client is unfamiliar with the area, the concierge does the leg work and provides the necessary information. Naomi Ashbrook was our concierge and is such a pleasure to work with. She was knowledgeable, professional, informative and available during our scheduled times requested and provided thorough quotes and phone numbers of companies during the process.
