We are purchasing a second home in Florida and the Utility Concierge is a wonderful service provided by the realtor to assist with utility connection. Especially when a client is unfamiliar with the area, the concierge does the leg work and provides the necessary information. Naomi Ashbrook was our concierge and is such a pleasure to work with. She was knowledgeable, professional, informative and available during our scheduled times requested and provided thorough quotes and phone numbers of companies during the process.
