I have called and worked with the staff here and I have always found them to be very helpful.

They do a great job and are incredibly helpful. The one star is to get your attention that they are currently closed for anything in person. (I wasn't sure where were to put this info. There didn't seem to be a good place here.) It's clearly posted on their website, but doesn't show up on Google, so don't make the mistake I did and go there without checking their website to make sure it is open. I'll delete this once they are either open or that I see they have some sort of note on here that lets little know they are currently closed to in person visits.

They registered a fake business. I talked with Van Kagie and filed a complaint against that business. I provided all documents to Van including the order of judge. The business is still in "good standing".

After doing business in Utah for at least 20 years this department and their service is second to none. Getting started with your Corp is almost easy with these friendly helpers. Hats off 5 stars and thank you!

A software engineer had to help me through steps that were not intuitive. A hard website to use.
