Unprofessional. Especially the woman doing the lumper. Avoid this place

Slow....my appointment was 10am ..door 11am.its now 130...still here...I was on time

This receiver charges for lumper and it will take them forever to unload your truck!

They open at 4:30am
The ladys at the office are friendly
Took them 3h to unload

Overnight parking, appointment 8:00 am , out at 9:30 am ..dry load

Appointment at 9am checked in at 6:45 still no door

Well I'm still here and I got here at noon with about four pallets and it's 14:30 now and I still am not done and away from a dock so I don't know first time here I think they're pretty slow they're processes are kind of screwy and it's pretty small lot to move around it could get really clustered.

Great place you can sleep here. And check in as early as 4 am people r nice and courteous

If you want sleep this is the correct place, never but never againg, the worst place in the USA, Lot and Lot of hours waiting for unloading

They use Capstone lumper service, so I figured it would be a bad experience. I was right! You have to write down your name, company name, phone number 3 times: At the guard shack, the check-in office, and again for the lumper service. Why not just once? I asked the lumper supervisor why this was the case and he rudely told me, "Don't question my job." Took them just over 4 hours to take 6 pallets off and count the items. Every time I went into the office to use the vending machine I saw a group of lumpers just sitting around playing with their phones. $240 lumper fee. These guys are pathetic and rude.

They deserve no stars but have to give them 1 to post,they are awful,lumper fees out of this world,guy writing receipts is an idiot,take forever to unload,will never be back because I have that choice,drivers beware.

6 hours to unload a trailer what kind of joke is this. Rude racist black people playing with truckers time. Now you know stay away from this place they are the worse

I don t know about all the other horrible reviews but when I got here, I shut down the night before my appointment on the sandy area on the left just before the entrance. There s very limited and tight blind slanted parking just outside the guard shack that was full. Around 4:30-5am, every driver that was leaving the facility started honking their horns like Crazy!!! So I got up and decided to go over to the parking area and park since my appointment wasn t until 9am. (The guard tells the departing drivers to do that so the sleeping drivers will wake up and check in. Lol)
The gentleman at the guard shack waved for me to come up so I explained to him that my appointment wasn t until 9 and he said that was fine and I could go ahead and sign in and go on in, Park, and go in to the receiving office.
Because of the reviews, I was expecting this place to be Horrible!! But 3 and a half hours early to my appointment and they gave me a door immediately and started unloading me right away!
And everyone was nice. They weren t overly friendly. But enough that they definitely weren t rude! Idk if I just got lucky, but I would come here again.

From security, receiver and lumber fast and full of energy and ahead of time you can t ask more than that 4:30 am opens gate before that you can park side of the road also has 6 truck parking

I come up to use the restroom which was the employee locker room which was basically vandalized to hell.

5 hours already here and I m still here just to get unloaded ok my god they didn t even call me for lumber fee yet what s going on in here???

The negative reviews that I have read are accurate and I concur with them.Good luck and pack a lunch .

Good fast service,the receiving clerk (Black)alot more pleasant than the other one who is normally there..lumpers pretty fast..

I can not say much about this place that is bad besides the long line to check in. They took me in at 6:00 for an 8:00 appointment and got me to a door at 7:45 and was done around 9:30 so not bad even though they have many bad reviews, it is possible to get out of this place in good time. They were not rude at all to me.

Arrived 30 minutes before my appointment and 3 hrs after my appointment I'm still not in a dock. I have you treat you customers better than your supplier.

Your better have 5 hours minimum 2 wait ..it gets super busy

4 palettes, sit here all day waiting for a door. No common sense here

Lomoted Parking overnight but u can park on the street receving starts in 4:30 am

worst place to delivered they take the whole day we never come back to this place

1. Overnight parking uncomfortable and small, always busy.
2. Very long unload (8hours) and too much lumper.($ 225)
3. Long waiting, check in after only 4 am
4. This is place sucks.

This is by far the worst food dost warehouse I've ever been to. Everything is done backwards. Took 30 min to check in an 1hr to get paperwork after load was done

Was just there Monday morning 8/8/16 in & out in 1 hr people was really nice setup for 6am check in at 5am put me in a door

First time coming here. I miss understood the nice lady at the desk about returning to see her after getting a door. Dude with gold teeth bets on the side of my truck very hard, freakin yells at me for no reason. Could've been handle differently. More professionally. I guess If you have gold teeth being professional isn't up there on the list.

In all my years of driving trucks, (approx 15yrs) this place is the most unprofessional,unorganized,facility I never delivered too...
I waited 12 hrs to unload/ off load a truck is totally ridiculous... Whoever responsible for running things should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!!!

This place has the most disrespectful woman that works in the receiving department, Have no respect for anyone that comes in here . Pretty much have no respect for themselves the management here or the corporate office needs to do something about this place , But I want to give a BIG THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT Detention PAY

I ve been to this place 6 times. Overall the unloading time is about 2 hours with a 5 am appt. also it depends on what type of product your hauling that causes the delay. Also there is a casino close buy so call and Uber and give them your number if your so impatient. Make sure you get detention its that simple. Hauling grocery products anywhere takes quite sometime to unload . I ve been to worse places.

Clowns and assh@les from the c#nt who checks you in, to the incompetent fools that damage your trailer while unloading you... Then they charge about $300 just to add insult to injury.

Jeez...slow and inefficienct. I've been to US Foods locations all over the nation, and this is by far the slowest. Something must be wrong today. Nine pallets to unload, and so far it's taken four hours.

They have over night parking for trucks. 50$ LATE FEE

The lumpers here are rude and disrespectful. And liers

They have about 8 spots for overnight parking security was fast and friendly. Receiving agent was another story seemed like he didn t want to be there or talk to you. Lumpers were quick to unload you. Had 5am apt was unloaded by 6:20. Lumper fee was $379 for 9 pallets. The agent that processed payment was either new or extremely slow at his job. I waited about 15mins for my turn to pay then stood in office at his desk in front of him for about 40mins to get receipt then only to see that he closed out another door with my check. Supervisor then took my receipt as I waited another 35-40 mins for him to fix it. While waiting I m listening to other lumpers and they get a percentage of what ever the truck gets billed so the add any fee they can. A local driver in box truck came in to deliver 1 pallet they looked at label said that s not our load and wanted $146 to release the dock lock. The also have late fee charges which I ll attach if I figure out how lol.

Horrible place to deliver, 7 hrs unloading...unloaders smoking outside every 15 mints...98% that they will damage cases and then leave in trl saying it was like that...management doesn t care about customer service here..be careful with lady at receiving office she will try to find any opportunity to be disrespectful, she acts like she owns the place, she thinks it intimidates. Ridiculous!

Worst US FOODS location in the country. Last time I'll ever go there. 5 am appt. Got a door right away, however, sat on the door for 5 hours for 3 pallets. They will be paying me $250 an hour plus all late fees associated with the rest of my load.

Sounds like the people giving this place five star rating are employees.this by far is the worst us foods in the country as far as unloading time.i would suggest the guys that work the warehouse unloading trucks find a new occupation!bunch of bums!!!!

2 stars for limited overnight parking.About 8 trucks.1000 appointment dock at 1045 it s now 1441 still sitting in dock! Will update when I leave.forgot to update finally received paper work at 1530! No excuse just didn t ask.

Take too long to unload and charge too much to unload.

One of the worst places to deliver. The tone they set at the receiving office is going to make you run from here. They make you feel like they doing you a favor by assigning you a door or unloading you, after you sat on their lot for 8hrs waiting for it. Overnight parking very small about 5 spots with blind side backing. Capstone is another story. I don't understand why driver is being treated like that on the daily basis by these so called companies or their reps. I hope you have better experience. There are better places many of them.

Arrived on time @0600 for appt. Took 10 hrs to unload..Then wait another hour for lumper processing. Girl at checkout desk was rude. O/N parking is available, about 10 spaces but they fill up fast bc they have so many early appts.

The work protocol is very bad, for drivers who are delayed by different causes they charge high penalties and the treatment is bad on the part of the receivers that are in direct contact with the drivers. In order to not come anymore.

Typical US Foods don't care about drivers...Lots of wasted time been here 3++++

2 stars only cause lady at the receiving.Otherwise will be 1 star. Looks like she is trying to help and got patience to explain. All the rest employees are not well organized, it took 6 hours to unload 2/3 of the trailer. Lumper fee off course was high. There is a 6 parking spots in front of the gate, but it s on the right side, kind of tight if there is somebody parked already. Got there 20 minutes before my app time, took me few to pass security and park , old guy at the receiving start talking nonsense that i m late and should be late fee charge. Overall very bad experience and hope not to deliver at this location again. Good luck

Plan on spending your whole day here! Slowest unload. Got here at 5am and finally at 2pm getting out. Was only a couple of pallets.
