Seems like a good company to work for. I just spend a lot of time sitting here waiting to get unloaded. So 1 star seems appropriate for their poor warehousing practices.

It's multiple visits, always a 7 1/2 - 9 hour wait. Come tired and don't forget to eat, there's NOTHING here

Got here at 9:40 am for 10:00 am appointment still in door at 3:20 pm and wants to charge me $335.00 to unload their freight and don t realize it s costing them $650.00 in detention for me to sit here

8AM appt New Year's Eve. Arrive 0732. Check in at office 0740. Door assignment 1015. Received bills 1102. 60 pallets. Subject to count. No lumper. Reading other reviews guess I got lucky. Guard and check-in clerk very polite.

Everything is very bad, for being late they tore off $ 150, and unloaded for 6 hours, I do not advise you to go here

Spent 12 hours unloading lost my reload will never take any load for this company and all i was told is sorry. ....

4 hours and counting on being unloaded this place is a f@#&ing joke!!!! Didn't have a lumper fee due to it being prepaid and still 4 hours, thanks to holding me up so I didn't get to pick up my next run, never ever again coming here ever!!!!!!!!!!! I need a negative star lol!!

US Foods is always a bad for me but this location is one of the worse. The best part about this place believe it or not was actually the lumper. The gentleman that checked me in had a cut on his hand and got blood all over my paperwork. Once I finally got unloaded after 5 hours the lady checking me out talked for well over 45 minutes with 5 drivers standing there before she even proceeded to touch paperwork. Not only was her conversation personal but she was dropping expletives as well. Highly unprofessional not to mention myself, the lumper, and security all had to touch the paperwork the gentleman got bloody since they wouldn't make me a copy.

People's work there are not given a good service, crazy persons

I used to work here, these complaints are on dayshift crew, yeah they suck

Got in at 8 a.m. appointment for 9 am. Got in the door at 9 a.m. it's 3 p.m. and I haven't got a call yet to come back inside.

1 star with a negative never had a in and out at us foods too long to unload load been off truck ask them how much lumper fee cant tell to were done breaking down for crying out loud i did my part i delivered but i have to wait if theres a place that dont appreciate what we drivets do US FOODS

Very busy place trucks every where and no courtesy and they aren't in any kind of a hurry in the warehouse

Arrived the evening before my appt. They start checking in at 430am. Overnight parking on the right so you have to blindside to get into the spaces. It's about 8 spaces. My appt was on a Monday at 9am and I checked in at 730am. Waited 10 mins for a dock. Lumper was prepaid by customer. Took about 40 mins to get unloaded. Parking lot is kind of small but it's still enough room to maneuver. Staff was friendly. Safety vest required. Out by 920am.

I came here for the 1st time. I got a door 2 hours early and they started unloading quickly. I m not sure why anyone cares about lumper fees, you get reimbursed by your broker and It s actually non of your business. Truckers are a bunch of crybaby s. Boo hoo They didn t smile or talk to me. No ifs so have a blank Comdata check or cash.

I wish i can give negative rating for this place. Took forever to unload .working out of schedule app timing . they don't care driver time.

I would say that it is the worst of those that I have visited in the last 5 years, for me it was better that they saw it

Absolutely terrible place to deliver. Arrived at 4:45am for a 6:00am appointment and got a door right way. Waited until 10:30am before getting bills and could leave. Slowest process ever. Will never deliver here again

Not only are their trucks slow but their warehouse personnel are slow too. You guys are a bunch of idiots. I ve been sitting here for 4 hours now and still not unloaded.

Just got here and already have already got my temper going. Arrived at 4 am for a 5 am appt, told 4:30 at the gate. And the guard will not let anyone in until exactly 4:30. Hoping the reviews are wrong because we have a 10 am appt at anotger receiver but so far seems like any other US Foods. Rude and slow

Both receiving clerks need a class on Ethics. THEY DO NOT LIKE TRUCKERS AT US FOOD
Talk to you like you're a bother to them you're in there way.
Rude people. If they dont want Truckers in there facility they need to stop trucks from coming in.

All the negative reviews about this place is true, they deserve a negative -10 star rating. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST........
Avoid deliveries to this location, you will practically waste a day and nobody cares.

I got here a day before delivery. Surprise! The broker lied about delivery day and time! Nice enough to allow me to park until the next day for a 10am appt time. I checked in at 0845 with about 10 trucks ahead of me. I kept seeing ppl roll in and out, finally they call me with a door. Lady at the front very nice, with a great smile. I am finished at 1745 with an empty trailer. What on earth?! My 10 yr old autistic/ADHD son couLd have unloaded it faster! Got a clean clock but what a waste of a day!!

Beware if your a owner op or broker allow 8hrs or better for unloading at this us foods

This is by far the worst place to deliver in the country! I have been here over 6hrs and they still aren't finished. Just lost a load picking up after here even though I allowed myself a 6hr cushion to pick it up. It's completely unprofessional how it takes over 6hrs to unload one 53ft trailer. I did food service over 15yrs and could unload a trailer by myself faster. If you value your time and see a load delivering to this location you would be better off taking a lesser paying load that is faster.

This place is slower than molasses in February....9 hrs slow.. obviously all the reviews are correct.

Few places to park,but by 4pm.none available. Lumper service/capstone/ was not able to print a receipt!!!!!. I would have to wait for supervisor to come 1,5 hr. If u have that "wonderful" system to pay on line u should be able to provide receipt. 1.5 hr 1pall.$75.

Charge me $195 to unload the freight that YOU ordered? This place goes on my "do not haul to" list.

The lumpers here are the best lumpers I have had the pleasure of dealing with. After 6 years I would come here any time. Very accommodating to driver situations. Thank y all sooo much

this place is a shite hole. make shore you have 4 to 6 hours when you making the delivery.

Parking lot was crowded and there wasn't much room for trucks to maneuver. We spent just over two hours checking in, parking, unloading , and checking out. If you are delivering here, bring your patience and a snack. In the freezer check in office, there was a bathroom and a vending machine that took cash and card.

It does not work especially if you come to be an average delivery time 3 to 5 hours

very slowly unloaded, It took more than 2 hours they have unloaded half of the 15 pallets and you have to pay for it

They are really slow appointment was at 10:00a.m.left at 2:30 p.m.

The rep has no clue where are order is we don't have it yet we are being placed on credit hold and being charged for something we never received.

The bad reviews are 100% correct. These people act like you're a bother to them. New management needs to come in and motivate everyone to act professional and get the truckers moving. If you can get out of the load coming here do it.

I have been to reicevers all across the country and this one BY FAR is probably THE WORST! rude unorganized, extremely slow and most of the time they seem to find something wrong with the load. If you can avoid this place please save yourself a HUGE chunck of your life by not coming here. Next time I will refuse to do so!

Be ready to wait 5 hours or more. They don't care about drivers. Rude people on reception.If they still your time.

This place is more like a hit or miss. First time here and I m delivering a straight pull off yet I ve been here for 4 hours. Appt was 0900 and didn t get a door until 1145. Others are in and out. Therefore, it s just a hit or miss. O/N parking and space for parking is decent. I wouldn t deliver here again though, and I live in Tampa.

Apt 10 am, check in 9:36, out 11:50, clean and friendly ppl. Love when Companies and lumper are working togeter nicely.

I loaded this load never had to leave my truck in VA. Just call on phone when you get to pickup an open doors paper work in back of trailor. Get here you have to go inside 3 to 4 times .No office female had on a mask. Funny how that works .. Room full of Drivers an Lumper services. Only people that had on Mask were Capstone an the Drivers.. Florida got a high rate of Coronavirus cases .I guess females for US Foods are Immune.. Place not worth dying to deliver to. Need Health Department to do something about these Rat Holes

Katherine at the receiving window is very unprofessional moody know it all! The black lady that she makes fun of for being slow is very nice.

Receiving extension is 2707. Mercy! $170 lumper for 2 1/2 pallets, 2 products and only 1 pallet needed to be broke down.
