They really need to place price tag within their items. They get to you by surprising you with a $4 ice cream by the register. Haha

Always a fan of this store. My one-stop shop for all gear Trojan. Want a good deal? Check out their sales rack with items up 75% off!
When I went to the Science Center at Metro, I found a USC on the opposite side of the Metro station and dropped in. We can not cut around on a vast campus. Souvenirs can also be purchased at this book store.
its a college bookstore. has college bookstore stuff. books, stationary, normal clothes, and usc branded clothes/gear/trash
Looking for a number 14 Jersey for my son in YM size.." next week they say one month later and still NOTHING!""! just give the right answer duh we don't know when we get it ?"?? ... don't lead on customers its not nice ...not happy now
Great selection of books and a great place to read and meditate.
Placed an order online. They told me days later they don't ship to PO boxes. I both called & emailed (to verify) the bookstore giving them a street address to send it to. Derpy student employee writes down the wrong street number over the phone & they didn't read their email. Package gets bounced all over town & eventually back to them. One order, two shipments. The second shipment was a t-shirt (bought on Cyber Monday @ 20% off) and 2 weeks later they cancelled the shipment and said that item was sold out. Still haven't received first shipment & second was cancelled because they fail to account for inventory (these were Christmas presents). I would expect the USC bookstore to run seamlessly and I experienced nothing but hiccups. Spoiled kids working there don't actually care.
A great place to just go and pass some time. Reflects the USC culture. Stuff isn't the cheapest, but certainly worth to buy some stuff from here.
Great place to browse a selection of books, many of them second hand for extremely cheap. Inside it's like a maze, with bookshelves built from reclaimed wood. They've got a few desks and chairs you can settle into for reading. Great place to people watch, as this is a hipster's paradise! Reminds me very much of the Shakespeare & Co bookstore in Paris, very lovely!
What a horribly incompetent place to buy a computer from. We purchased an iMac for a lab at HSC, received a malfunctioning unit, had it send out for repair. The unit sat in the bookstore without anybody paying attention to it. After intervention from our side they sent it out for repair. It came back with the exact same issue. Second time repair took 2 weeks. And again the computer is sitting at the main campus while it should be delivered to HSC. Terrible
Textbook section poorly run and understocked more often than not. Good merchandise in rest of store.
Horridly rude - even when the store was empty, staff cannot be found anywhere but at the cash registers. When you finally find them there, they *refuse* to unlock the empty fitting rooms and throw an attitude when you ask them for just about anything. USC, you might consider improving the customer experience.
I am SO sick of Google trying to give the schedule and failing. I'm here on Sunday and it isn't open until 10pm, as the online information tells me. This is a constant problem for me.
Three stories of USC gear. Seems like they have anything you would want with USC on it. Broad selection from necessities to accessories. Plus, a cupcake ATM. On game days, it is packed--including the line to get in. Staff do a good job of keeping the lines moving.
The bottom floor had books on music, nations, religion, philosophy, among others. The walkways were a bit narrow on that floor, so walking by a customer was a bit difficult. I was blown away by their books on music, specifically Jazz and Soul, which I do not see at many bookstores.
They have a better selection in here compared to other bookstores. I like the books from here more because they are versatile with their genre and there are a lot more to dig up.
nice, beautiful, spacious bookstore. busy now but not too busy yet. kids hey have a great day
The most beautiful book store I've ever seen. It is four floors and they have everything a student would need from books, to gear, to snacks.
It's always an adventure going in here. Too bad they got rid of the clearance rack. That was the only affordable spot in the store.
It's on the expensive side, but you can't really expect anything else from USC. Every cashier I've had has been friendly. The layout is nice. Pro tip: If you're looking to buy an AUX cable, buy one here. They're cheap!
Easily makes my top three favorite bookstores in major cities list!! I was in there forever! I love all the little corners you can sit and read at. I love all the artwork, poems, and quotes on the walls. There's three stories, be sure to check each one out. Such a humble and charming little bookstore!
Normally they are very helpful. They were not helpful on this day and acted as if they had no knowledge of what they had in stock. I didn't enjoy my experience here this time.
Love it here! They have USC EVERYTHING!! They even have non USC logo items like designer sunglasses, Smashbox and Bare Minerals, and designer perfume!!
As an alumnus, I no longer buy textbooks, but I still come back for Trojan gear. Fight On!
A large, impressive bookstore with all of your student needs. I've ordered a few things off of their website as well and the met and/or exceeded my expectations. The only negative is that some stuff is overpriced. Fight On!
Been ordering USC items for years. This year I ordered three USC Rose Bowl items. Received a confirmation number & my credit card was charged.
I received two of the items so I assumed the third would follow soon. Finally I called & was told them were out of that item. Why I was confirmed & charged for the three items is unacceptable.
I came here during college, primarily to pick up swag for home games. I got those metal pins reading "BEAT [X]," armbands, stick-on tattoos, and so on. They've got a wide selection of t-shirts, but those turned out to be as tacky as most screen printed shirts so I would rather have opted for sweatshirts (except of course those hardly prove relevant). All in all, I advice college first years to take it slow on the college merch. Who knows if you'll still want it two or four years from now. Plus, freshman fifteen means you may get the wrong size!
My primary problem is with the sourcing it their athletic apparel. The football team and by extension the bookstore source their wares from Nike, which has been known with good reason as a massive sweatshop. Their "PR troubles" (read: child labor, physical abuse, unpaid overtime, no benefits) began in the '90s and despite widespread apologetics they continue to use them today. USC football's had its own ethical lapses, but none as awful as their reliance on indentured servants.
Renovated a few times since I was going to school & graduated from there. Makes much more sense the way the floors are set up now. A little pricey, but what isn't these days?
Hours on Google are incorrect. Google says the bookstore closes at 8pm on Friday. The sign by the door said it closes at 5pm or 6pm depending on the day.
Very well stocked book store. Has lots of USC shirts, hats, all kinds of apparel. Very efficient when there is a game or something else big, they have more than 50 checkout clerks. Most of them students. One or the most famous and top universities in the world. Tons of historical and famous buildings
Great experience. Everything is organized to help the student find all books and materials for the class. The workers are friendly and helpful.
Their website will charge you money without sending you the product.
Great item's, amazing service. Gretchen was really helpful to us!
