If I could rate 6 stars, I would without hesitation.
We're professional photographers so good quality memory stick are essential as this is how we deliver the photos.
We came across USB2U after months of searching for a reliable seller. We found that USB2U has excellent customer service and their memory sticks are of superb quality.

I've used USB2U for 3 years now and am very happy with the product they supply as our my customers. I've worked with several members of staff over the years and every one of them has had brilliant customer service skills and gone out of their way to ensure I receive the best product possible. I like that when you place an order you are assigned an individual who sees through that order with you so that during the design phase you're not having to repeat yourself like with other companies.

I'd recommend USB2U to anyone and I do. My clients love receiving their wedding photographs in a lovely wooden box which fits my brand so well.

Liz from USB2U provided me with a fabulous service. I needed personalised USBs urgently and Liz ensured that I received my order in time. On the ball team and good quality engravings and screen printing on the data stick and packaging. Also the materials in my second batch are an improvement over the first so they seem to be conscientiously upping their game.

Awful, awful, awful. We paid a premium for delivery of a product within 24 hours. It has been almost two weeks and we still have nothing to show for the expensive order made.
Avoid this company. They will not refund us, either. Crooks. Extremely disappointed.

Hours of designed artwork, back-and-forth correspondance, documents signed - money paid - one week later nothing back. Call up, another couple of days apparently. Four days later, still nothing. Call up again and they say we did not order enough units and they won't complete the order - offer to print a cheaper, completely different plastic item for "no extra cost".

What a team these guys are!! From the first time using them about 4yrs ago after meeting Natalie at a photography show to today, they always provide an awesome service! Super quick, good prices and their customer service just makes me come back every time.. no joke!! I'd 100% recommend using them!

excellent service, great prices always professional and flexible if short notice required for delivery, we have had nothing but good service from all at USB2U with special mentions to Abbey and Natalie, nothing is every too much trouble and they always go the extra mile to accommodate!

I Have been using USB2U for 5 years. I moved all our USB requirements at the university over to them as I have found the company not only extremely efficient but competitively priced. I occasionally do my due diligence and do a price comparison but they always come out cheaper. My account manager Natalie Sharpe is the epitome of efficiency.

Just draggin on, and on, with late delivery as always, and not making their own paperwork on-time (after working with them for 2y now) NOT recommended. Ended up sending complain e-mail and had to apologise to our end client for "again" late delivery of USB keys. Not cool!
