After cancelling a policy I had for 40 years I felt vulnerable without health cover. I found Usay on the web and was contacted by David Price who came up with an acceptable quote. I am so much happier now that I have cover.
I found David extremely straightforward and helpful with a friendly but not familiar manner and a professional attitude. He is very knowledgeable and helps in the process of choosing cover without being pushy.
Follow up has been ultra efficient and I am very satisfied and would recommend David and your company .

I used usay for two renewals and fell into the trap of 1st year discounted premiums. What they fail to explain is that when I changed policy they didn't apply a CMORI, therefore , each time I changed I had to have a 2 year clear period before existing conditions were covered. There was no suggestion of a continued mori, which of course would haver earned them less commission. Caveat Emptor comes to mind!
