Tim is an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only does he really get to know his candidates experience but his understanding of what their looking for is second to none! Having worked in the recruitment industry for nearly 4 years its such a breadth of fresh air seeing someone who is a true specialist in what they do. Having hired consultants myself it s very rare to come across someone who is so down to earth as well as being passionate about powering the world of work, the right way! More importantly Tim is a great character and super fun to be around!

I registered and sent in my CV for two jobs advertised through Enable as they were a local sales agency closest to where I live. I was called the next day by Tim who was very personable on the phone, not only did he put me forward for one of the jobs but he also offered me advice on the phone as to what to do if unsuccessful with that particular position having never been in sales before.

Long story short, I got an interview the next week and ended up getting the job, offered with the full package. Tim was very good at keeping me updated throughout the process and essentially made sure I was the right fit for the company. All in all, a very positive experience- I would highly recommend this company.
