Absolutely the WORST place to order from. I would drive across multiple states to avoid using them again. On two separate occasions my order was sent to the wrong state to an address that was not even remotely associated with my account, so I quit ordering from them. Then 2 months later, out of the blue on a Friday night, a $1,200 charge shows up on my credit card from USABlueBook. 2 days later I get a response and their explanation was "your May 7th transaction was duplicated in our system in error. Unfortunately, we weren t able to catch the error in time to reverse the charge". No one can explain to me why this happened. This happened to me TWICE. The first time it happened, I could accept that it was an accident. The SECOND time is outright theft.
I ordered a motor on a Friday they said it would be here by Monday afternoon well it's been 12 days and it's still not here iv call blue book every day and they said it was on the way let's B's that's what iv been getting from them they said they would check in to this but no one has got back my sewer plant blower is still down they say they are water and wastewater operator that understand our problems that's not true blue book has always been great until now but now they just suck
