Good local mall but wished they had a Macy's or JCPenney. Nice relaxing environment. Love the Kohl's, H&M, Old Navy, and various shoe stores. Good choices at the food court. Always kept clean.

Okay mall. Has the stores...the closest one to my house

Very big varieties of stores got what ppl folks looking for but there business attitudeness is not good needs improvement to customers make them welcome they don't do that but who cares just going buy what you needs to buy

Plenty of parking space and it has a food court and movie theater.

It last of a dying breed. In the time of the brick and mortar disappearing...

Never had a problem at this mall. They have a decent cafeteria and a kids area. Mall is clean.. parking is usually fine. You will find the occasional rowdy person/group walking around but nothing that keeps me away. Aldi and 5 Guys nearby.

Shopped at Carson's, prices are better and more staff to help find items and as well as cash out the customers.

Security was really tight. It just going to take time to adjust to the lines getting into the stores. Reminds me of black Friday every time I go!!!

Very crowded but one of my favorite malls. The movie theater is the best part.

This place has went down hill since the put in an aldi and the apartments across the street are all section 8

I only go here to shop at Yankee Candle. None of the other stores interest me.

Great as always, Most shopping stores closed or gone. This pandemic really has done a job on these malls. Feels different by the mall not being crowded.

Not a huge fan of this mall anymore. I end up going to oak brook mall now. It's worth the extra 15 minute drive

Great mall, not too big and not too small. Great variety of shopping. Nice play place for kids to release some energy.

Maybe make the family rest rooms just for family? Some creepy old dude is staring me down and I'm trying to change my son. I don't know exactly if it's me or my son he is staring at but it's annoying and I'm nervous.

Great variety of stores. Only negative is the parking spots, they should just be straight instead of angled. Theres always 1 person that cant park right & messes up the limited parking even more.

I like the mall and the shops. The mall security system is good, sometimes it has small incidents involving neighbourhood teenagers, otherwise peaceful and ample space. The restrooms are cleaner and the dining area is bigger and spacious. Everything is on the same floor and accessible for everyone. Parking lot is huge and well lit.

Chicago Ridge mall, is a very good place to shop and spend some times just to relax.
