We took full eyes of it a magnificent, very rich, documented collection.
To do absolutely with or without children, to discover all the shapes, the colors, the oddities that the earth can offer us.
The price is low considering the number of minerals offered.
Having my 3rd internship there proves that it is open, a quality for such a prestigious school.

A spectacular mineral collection, unique in the world, mineral stones from around the world, presented and explained in detail.
If you like minerals forget about everything else, you have to come to this hidden place in Paris. Also within the Luxembourg Garden
I think much better (and cheaper) than the gallery of mineralogy and geology that is in the Garden of Plants, but the latter does not visit it, and I do not regret my choice.

If you like geology and rocks, this is the museum to visit in Paris. The entrance fees for students were a mere 6 Euros, and it gives you access to a stunning collection of gems, rocks and minerals. The staff that works here is exceptional and very informative. A bit of a trek to find, given its located deep within the Engineering building, but totally worth it. The building itself is beautifully maintained, reminded me of McGill, back home. I'm not a big rock lover, and I still managed to have a good time!

Top engineering school in the world, member of PSL university. One of the very few engineering school in Paris city center, just aside Park of Luxembourg. Its mineral museum is the cherry on the cake, it's open to public and worth a visit

A French engineering school, with very nice building from 1800s and a mineral museum inside.
Good school even if the teachers are sometimes a little disappointing (some too imbued with themselves) but such is the human kind. The museum's mineral collection is exceptional.
