I've been a customer of Verizon for over 18 years and they have always been good to me. I would always visit the store in Chicago Ridge where I have received some of the greatest service. I'm an extremely happy that I walked into the store the other day and had the wonderful pleasure of meeting Abe Shukur. He is amazeballs!!! He is one of the kindest salespersons that I have come across in a long time. Customer service is huge for me and he is great as well as the rest of the staff. I had to hang out for a while due to the ridiculous amount of information on my old phone. I had a great time and that's not something someone would normally say about a store. Thank you Verizon and thank you Abe!!!

Large selection of many many different department stores and clothing stores, unique stores, clean friendly, great customer service.

Great selection of stores and much improved over the years. The quality of the food court has also greatly improved.

Cool place to shop. Has most of the stores you look for such as H&M, Gamestop, Sears, and Forever 21. Food court has a wide selection but funny enough doesn't have a McDonald's. At the time of this writing the food court is getting remodeled.

With Spencer's and hot topic, this mall win me over.

Its ok, but the reality is that its being overrun by kids. Mall administration implemented a rule that stated if the child was under 18, they had to either be accompanied by an adult or leave by a certain time on the weekend. Well, needless to say, that hasn't continued to be the case and at times it can be quite the annoyance, but overall, the food selection from the newly built named restaurants(red robin, bww, 5guys, etc) offer alternative grub than regularly seen in the city, so it works. The store selection, its kinda hit or miss, but honestly this is reality of retail malls and really not due to any fault of their own making. If I were forced to have a gripe, it would be with the Jimmy Jazz store, they tend to play music that is overtly disrespectful, I refuse to be called a ni@@$% and give you money, NOPE not going to do it! Beyond this, its a mall, a place to spend money with a decent amount of stores.

Tired and overly crowded, dated. Flow of traffic inside, while walking, and outside driving, is a mess.

I enjoy shopping at this mall. They have a kids zone which is pretty neat! There's a lot of stores to choose from. Yet, they dont have a JcPenny but other than that, you'll find what you are looking for. Their food court has a variety of places to pick from. Their bathrooms are pretty clean. They now have a Michoacana! Overall, a great place to shop at.

So nice to walk the mall even during a pandemic. The Hallmark store had THE cutest display. I couldn't help but take a quick pic & choose some early gifts for a couple Hallmark movie lovin' watching girlfriends. Yes, its too early for some but it brings so much joy to others - including yours truly.

It seems like patrons toss all their garbage next to their cars in the parking lot. And almost seems like the mall cares less. Management should definitely have staff dedicated to this and make it more presentable.

Fast service and a damn good burger fry combination. The counter guy was new but he handled a complicated order with ease.
