Absolute disgrace of a company. Customer support is the worse. We are in the middle of national crisis right now and most companies have put on hold payments. USA Technologies first of all hasn't even made a statement to it's clientele and second you think in this time they would way their payments for a while being that most customers are losing money. I FOR SURE WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THEM. WISH I WOULD HAVE WENT THROUGH MY BANK FOR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS. THEY SHOULD TAKE USA OUT OF THEIR NAME. DISGRACE DISGRACE DISGRACE

This company is an absolute scam. Impossible to get a hold of someone. After having a terrible experience as a customer, I sold the readers to another company and notified USA technologies. I then received confirmation that my account was closed. Six months later, I just received and invoice for service charges. When I call in to dispute the invoice, they don't pick up the phone and the voicemail box is full. Avoid this company at all costs.

I have been a customer since 2015. They are really dropping the ball on customer service. I have been waiting for nearly 3 weeks just to do a simple device transfer. Impossible to get a hold of. They use Covid as an excuse. This was a great company, but they are absolutely deplorable now.

Absolute worst company to deal with. Jasmine Ramanjulu has no idea what she is doing and is not responsive. Katherine Taylor is also no help at all. Same with Kara Konow. David Bronswick and Ron Wolfman were the reps at first choice coffee to set this up and they just disappeared. David stops responding. Everyone named above is an absolute joke.

i've used these guys for 5 years unfortunately as a vending machine owner in austin, tx, and gave them the benefit of the doubt until there service got worse during the time i needed the most now during COVID. i've been asking for 6 months now to suspend cards where i have locations that dont have foot traffic anymore due to covid. mike halrpen the sales manager didn't do what i asked, "hes on leave now without telling me" and now bunny proof has been referring me to customer servicce for several weeks with no response. OH AND THEY were down, the entire system for 5 days which made me negative for that whole month. struggling to break even during and this company LITERALLY COULD CARE LESS.

I sold my readers to another company and notified USA Tech prior to the transaction, this was in April 2019. It's now November 27 and I'm still receiving the service charges instead of the current Device owner. Phone calls to customer service go unanswered. My USA Tech rep, Tracy DeZarate has stated by email she's taking care of it, after numerous followups nothing has been resolved. USA Tech is great at taking your money. Not great at anything else. I recommend you find another merchant services company.

By far, hands down, the WORSE company to partner with!!!!! I have been a USA Tech customer for 18 months since buying my first vending route (5 machines, 4 locations) and from the time of transferring the devices to sending payment reports to the correct email - there have been problems. I have to fight for device fees that report inaccurately nearly every week to customer service calls that lasts anywhere between 1-3 hours, only to resolve with a Case Ticket that may or may not be followed up on. PLEASE HEED MY WORDS, STEER FAR CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!! They are by FAR the worse!!! signed an unhappy customer!

Kudos to Inside Sales Rep Adam Cook! We installed a vending machine right before the busy Labor Day weekend. From everything to getting our machine activated to accept credit cards, to numerous emails I sent to him, Adam went above & beyond to help, & always gave a very prompt response. Thanks to him, we had a great holiday weekend in sales!
