if I could give them a zero I would. this place repeatedly denied me disability accomidations and HR was a nightmare to work with to get them to work with my doctors note regarding my schedule. in my opinion i would say DO not work here or use them for your business if you want the people who answer your calls not to associate the mistreatment they may feel with your business (and possibly tell others). they dont seem to care about their employees or pay them what they're worth and come off as a heartless evil corporation. I loved answering for schwans but I wonder if they know the working conditions there.
The pay could be better. Management is rude and don't seem to care about their employees. Very strict policies. Training is not the greatest. Very unprofessional.
This is a good place to work, especially if you're looking for customer service experience.

This job does not follow the Osha code of conduct, and that is our basic human rights. This job has no sympathy or even empathy towards their workers. They terminated me because I told them I'm pregnant and have excessive restroom breaks and couldn't work with me temporally until I gave them a doctors note. They are completely discriminatory. They are also the lowest paying call center in Missouri.
They will not pay you your money, nor call/email you back. I will be reporting the company! Do not waste your time to apply.
worst place to work for. half the agents hit the mute button and talk trash on you through the other side. managers don't care. employee's fired for very little-no reason. very poor business. would not recommend. their "no tolerance" policy also apparently only applies to some workers and not others.
Hostile work environment: Was harassed often by the HR Department and did not feel comfortable going to them for any issues. Showed negative, derogatory, racist document by HR Department. My employee screamed at daily by HR Department. HR Rep would constantly get into arguments with employees and be confrontational. Gave 1 star because that was my only option.
