The customer service is great BUT the follow through service request is nonexistent. No follow through.

I recently had water damage in my bathroom and needed to get it remodeled. I was getting the run around from other companies, and had been waiting to hear back about estimates for weeks.

That's when I came across U.S. Legacy. They first came on a Thursday for the estimate, and just one week later the job was completely done.

U.S. Legacy deserves 10 stars. I am so pleased with their service. They were extremely professional and easy to work with. They made sure I was satisfied, and took attention to every last detail.

I highly recommend them. They will make sure the job is done, and they will make sure it is done right. They will provide stress-free service, and will put you at ease. It's easy to see they go above and beyond for their clients.

They have done multiple repairs on my home. Always on time always job done.

Along with there Service Dept, is top notch! Some with 32 years experience to offer! Anyone willing to allow them, to resolve there problems. If they can't fix it or build it. Well don't kid urself, it can't be fix, or be built!
Plus it was refreshing to have a tech come out for a change and fix my Hvac. Instead of trying to sell me a new system. Other companys have offen did this. Again one stop shop.

Can't say enough great things about U.S. Legacy! They are the most responsive maintenance vendor I work with, always reply within 30 minutes and someone always available to answer the phone!
Communication is always very clear and open and I especially appreciate that they send pictures every step of the way; it makes remote work in this climate possible. I am very thankful for these essential workers!

Kenny Rogers would get more than 5 stars for going above and beyond to replace our water heater and restore our hot water. He was tremendous about communicating, and cleared his schedule to ensure my wife and I had hot water as soon as he possibly could. His genuine concern for our needs and promptness are unmatched.
