This is a great company to work for. They really try and work with you to see where you might fit with the company. It is my interpretation that if you show them (USIS) that you are a hard worker, then they will work with you. The management it open to new ideas and they are nice people to work with.

I wish I could give 0 stars because this person "Mike" or "Matt" that gave me a terrible interview and an even more horrendous attitude should seek anger management.
Its not necessary to use intimidation practices in an interview when your sitting across the table from someone.
Most unprofessional person I've ever met.
It felt like an interrogation and less like an interview.

By far the most organized and professionally represented Electrical Company I have dealt with in my 10 years of construction/electrical experience. 2 thumbs up for USIS.
