Amazing venue seats not too cramped good acoustics from bands and all seats not too far from performers

Great time with my daughter, plenty to do, even now as lockdown has just ended.

Ok venue for concerts and events ... It's a nice place but the seating could be improved

No information given about a ????? cancelled concert-still advertising it as on and selling tickets when other sources say cancelled. Would be great to know what's going on especially as only 2 days to concert date.

Looking a bit tired these days the Metro Radio Arena is still the biggest venue on Tyneside for stadium shows, acts and attractions. Additional security in place following recent events but staff friendly and fairly efficient. The interior is in need of a makeover as it's aircraft hangar ambience is somewhat monolithic and chilly. The venue has good sounds, visuals and seating, although fairly basic. Lines of sight to the stage / arena are all good and facilities for food, drink and toilets all reasonable. It's fairly overpriced but perhaps to be expected for this nature of venue.

Efficient security procedure, friendly and helpful staff. Well run parking, didn't take long to at all to exit afterwards. Could just do with more variety in food options.

The Bowes Museum is a lovely selfless gift from the Bowes family. A treasure trove of colectable items. The grounds are beautiful and there is something for everyone!

Another great night at the arena. Easy parking, straight in. Refreshments a bit pricey but ok.

Decent music venue. Sound can sometimes be off but that s typical in a large venue like this. Sound was excellent for the Snow Patrol gig - not sure if this was due to being near the front or the crowd being a bit older!! Food and drinks are very expensive which again is to be expected at places like this.
