The environment and leadership is authoritative and discriminatory! I personally know people currently working, under constant fear of losing their job. The power dynamics between Douglas and his employees are disturbing and exploitative.

If you want to work around the clock and still feel like you can get fired any day, any time, for anything, Douglas is your guy.
