Magnificent consular procedures offices, mainly the one that has to do with the acquisition of the tourist visa, and for those who attend this place to carry out their procedure, I only want you to obtain your visa from the heart, so that it does not mean a loss moral and economic.

1.- you cannot carry any electronic device

1.- you cannot carry any electronic device
2.- There is free public parking inside the consulate, the police only make a small inspection of the car (they even sell taquitos)
3.- Route 130 (1, 2 and 3) pass in front of the consulate
4. You can enter with Belt, they will only remove it when you register inside, then you can use it again
5. If someone is going to let you do not stop in front of the consulate, it is better that they park immediately at the nursery after the cones that are at the consulate.
6. At the end of the entire process, it will take you between 40 minutes and an hour, depending on your case.

Don't be nervous @ everything will be fine, whether they give it to you or not.

Those in charge of giving access are very friendly, the interview process is very fast and the truth is that it is not necessary to go an hour before, you can arrive 15 or 20 minutes before your interview, the bad thing is that there are no places to store your things, nor in the Soriana that is in front of the consulate, there is also no telephone to communicate if in their case they go alone like me.
In the case of the taxi, use your intelligence when dealing with one, offer to pay from 130 to 150 and no more so that you do not have problems if you go to the center of Monterrey.
