Urology Medical Specialists Review

Dr. Fagelson is very skilled surgeon, and continues to follow up with my progress and concerns after surgery.

I wish I could add a 5 review for the doctors at Urology Associates. Based on other comments, seems like they are a great team of doctors who provide excellent care; in fact, when I was looking for a new urologist I called Urology Associates because of the excellent reviews. Unfortunately I never got a chance to meet with a doctor. After waiting 4 weeks (or was it 5?) for an appointment, I arrive only to find out that the doctor had been 'called out' and that I needed to reschedule my appointment. Ok - I can handle that. Then I waited in the office for 10 minutes (literally - I checked my watch) while the person at the desk looked for an available appointment. I finally asked if I could just schedule a telehealth appointment. I then was told (after some consulting by the front desk person with other associates) that I could wait for the doctor to get in, and that there were 2 patients ahead of me that the doctor needed to see before he could see me. I said that I did not think this was going to work out and I left. All I could think was who has the time to sit around the doctor's office waiting to see the doctor at an unspecified time? I understand the concept of medical emergencies and doctors having responsibilities to other patients, and fortunately I was not the one in need of emergency care today. However, this office should have been prepared with date/ time options to provide to me, within a reasonable amount of time, to reschedule my appointment. So disappointed that one needs to be in a state of medical emergency to get proper care and attention from this office. If you are a new patient... good luck.

Great experience from check in to check out. Brad is very personable and we had a good conversation during the procedure. Clear post-surgery instructions and reasonable prices along with great people adds up to 5 stars.

Dr. Mazur is very empathetic Dr. who listens to you and gives you the answers to all your questions. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good urologist.

My husband booked an appointment at this clinic for a second opinion and thank goodness we did. The staff is incredible here! So kind and prompt! We saw the doctor ten minutes BEFORE our scheduled appointment. Dr. Fagelson was informative and has great bedside manner. He was able to explain things so that we understood.
We would HIGHLY recommend this clinic to anyone who is in need of this type of doctor!!

Doctor Eigner was great. The appointment did not feel rushed, and I had plenty of opportunities to ask questions and get answers. Dr Eigner was also very upbeat and positive, and I so appreciate the energy and enthusiasm he brought to our time together.

Dr. Snyder and I have been through a lot together. He has performed numerous successful procedures on me. I think he is an excellent surgeron. He is very good about going over options and his recommendations which I have always accepted.. I respect his judgments.. Most importantly he is very personable and gives me adequate time for each visit.

Dr. Snyder was such a pleasure to work with to resolve my issue. He spent a lot of time making sure I understood what was going on with my issue, how it likely developed and how we are going to approach a resolution. When I left his office, I really felt well informed, he actually took the time to go over my ultra sound images educating me on what I was seeing in the images etc.

It has been a long time since I had the pleasure of being treated as if I were important enough to actually converse with regarding my particular situation. So many times doctors do not take the time, but Dr. Snyder gave me all the time I needed and did not rush me through the visit. Thank you!!

Absolutely best ED doctor ever. No stress, tension. Incredibly relaxed, matter of fact. He made me feel comfortable although the subject matter can get awkward. This Guy is Good!!
