URH HOTELS - AC Hotel Palau de Bellavista by Marriott Review

Room very comfortable and spacious, very good breakfast. I will return if I can. The lioness promised it.

5 star hotel that for me is 3. Great bar and terrace but normal room with parking views. For this price I find better in the center. Tourist Taxa elevated.

All very correct; staff, room, breakfast. The building is modern and landscaped and has views of the whole city. It is also near the center.

The hotel is fine..m although it is not a real 5 star. Luckily it is economical.

Shocked to be charged 5 euros to bring the room service... to the room.... else pick it up from the bar. This is supposedly a Marriott, not an Easyhotel. I wonder who does the marketing positioning and what is in his/her head? Adjust the pricing if you must, but charge a room service fee?
The hotel is pretty decent but the room views not so excited as marketed. The breakfast good, though in need of more healthy options. Staff is very courteous, polite and check-in /out quite efficient.

Not an eco-friendly place either and limited TV in EN.

Despite all the positives, I'm overwhelmed by the pettiness of the 5 euro charge for room delivery. Tempted to call Glovo.

Great views over Gerona, quick walk down in to the old town - good exercise to walk back up (short taxi journey alternatively). The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We found the staff friendly and helpful

This Marriott has everything you need. Very friendly staff, parking right in front of the hotel and a very good restaurant. Normally I do not stay in the hotel for food except this time. Room was excellent and very clean. Staff was very helpful with the check in and finding other restaurants / places to visit for you. The views from the ground floor terrace outside are marvellous and breathtaking. This place relaxes you. No stress at all. My complements to the guys from the breakfast service, the guy who repaired the door (magnetic card did not work / out of batteries but fixed in 5 minutes) and the check-in staff. All very friendly and helpful. A place to come back, really. Thanks, enjoyed the stay a lot. Hope to see you again guys.....

First visit to the hotel and I left an incomplete taste! While I work for the chain, I also vacation at the hotels in the chain! I went with my girlfriend and we had already been in other AC but this was not offered breakfast as employees, the room that was assigned first was not hired (without adding missing the kettle or kettle, bathrobe and other amenities) and when we changed our room, I was surprised that it does not have a safe! Something strange and very different from other AC of the same Catalunya. Positive, free parking, privileged view of Girona, 10 minutes walk from the center and very friendly and cordial staff attention!

The main interest is the view of Girona and the calm. The hotel is nice but the level of a 4 * and not 5 *. Average breakfast. But pleasant stay

Hotel located outside the walls of the old town of Gerona. Easy parking. Very comfortable rooms. Excellent service floor and restaurant.

Very good hotel and with a great location, since it is about 600 meters from the center. The breakfast is fine but could improve, as there is not much variety. As soon as this restaurant, the food and suggestions of the chef are at height height, advisable!

Its privileged location on one of the hills of Girona makes AC Hotel one of the best in the area due to its spectacular views.
The Hall and the terrace stand out for its design and comfort as well as its excellent cuisine.
Recommended if you go to Girona in high season and in low season.

Well, in covid-19 time . Net. Only the hotel is on a fairly steep climb. It was hard to get to on foot.

Good views from the Hotel

The room was huge, in the photos they seemed smaller. The bed very comfortable, you have several pillows to choose from. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The views of the rooms overlook the interior patio of the enclosure. The hotel hall decorated very well.

The terrace is amazing with its views of Girona. Tranquility in the area and plenty of parking on the premises. 10 minutes from the center, that yes there are slopes with enough inclination to arrive.

We booked with booking and well as always, everything prepared for our arrival.

I don't think it's good that they only have a full menu for dinner, I'm not talking about the price, but I think they could have half a menu for people who don't eat so much or don't have such a high diet.

I went with my partner to spend a few days in Girona. We stayed for 3 nights and we loved it. The reception girl, Nicole, has been very attentive. Excellent location, 10 minutes from downtown. In short, highly recommended

It is a very good place to have a drink, with a tranquility and views that are priceless.

First of all, it s a joke to call itself a 5 star hotel. I d give it a 5 star if it s marketed as a 3 star hotel. Here are a few features I want to mention:

- It s a great plus to have a free parking if you visit by car. In terms of facilities, they do have a small fitness room (I wouldn t call it a gym) and a pool the size of a real 5 star hotel s bathtub.

- The hotel is constructed on a highland and has a terrace with great view of the city. Easy walking down about 10 min to the old town. Takes longer to go up.

- Elite member benefits are not recognized at all. Only got room number and breakfast info at check in.

- Room is decent size. Windows open to another wing of the building. No view at all. No complimentary water. No coffee maker or water boiler. No safe. No bathrobe. VERY poor soundproof.

I d recommend this hotel when it s below 70 euros per night. Otherwise it s not worth it.

The bed is uncomfortable: hard and noisy. The walls are very thin and everything is heard. The breakfast is a real steal: 5 euros for a watery coffee, a small croisant bag and juice. At least the site is clean and hot

Always for my day 5 years is the best place to rest peacefully and enjoy the visit to the center of the historic center of Girona .... it has always free and protected parking available and a meravigliosa is the only view to its entrance ...

Hotel category with affordable price. Views of the city of Girona (pity that the old part is not seen), very close to the center to go on foot (although there is a bit of a climb)

After having changes made to my reservation due to covid reasons in which I had to change from a Hilton to bellavista was a positive experience. Gabriella working at the front desk was very helpful in accommodating my family given that being a gold member from Hilton I was not given all my perks. But she did her best, was empathetic about my situation and made my night enjoyable. Next time in Girona I will stay again at this hotel. Gabriella's great customer service really set a high standard and I hope that the URH group recognizes hard work and what excellent service should be.

The Ac Marriott Palau Bellavista hotel is a good hotel, with the finishes and quality of an Ac. The views of the city are incredible. The rooms are comfortable and spacious although the TV screens are small and old for what you would expect. In general I could give 5 stars but the lack of maintenance has furniture and floor damage that I did not expect, so for that reason the ****. Removing those details highly recommended.

It is not a big hotel, with excellent views of the city. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast buffet is very good and varied.
If you want to use the car reservation service, you have to do it in advance, preferably with the hotel reservation.

The only drawback is that to get to the hotel there is a good cost, the price you have to pay for good views.

Regular. It has good views and seemingly good rooms, but they have lots of bad little details, both aesthetic and functional.
