It s been more than six months since my husband and I moved in. We love the whole experience Urby has to offer. It s a very welcoming community with helpful and friendly staff and satisfying amenities. The package room is full of lovely people. Mehdi and Joey take care of our packages and greet us like friends.
We love the pool, the gym and coffee spot downstairs. Plus, the view is fantastic.
Great building and amenities, friendly and helpful staff, and awesome location and views. Damina was a great help during move-in.

Moved in about a month ago and things have been so amazing!! Jessica is adorable and gave me the best first impression on the unit tours. She and Damina were also so patient with me and made the move-in process seamless. Casey, Medi, Dana and the rest of Urby staff have been super chill and personal even though there are a ton of residents in the building. Oh and these views... just an added bonus
We ve been here for 3 yrs now and love being here! We absolutely loved the building, the amenities, amazing views, the way that the building was managed, the way the front door staff interacted with us and 9 Bar cafe. Great maintenance and the people here are nice and friendly. We would always recommend this building to Friends...no complaints what so ever. Would love to continue staying here for couple of years more. Location of the apartments is great!
I've been living in the Urby for just a bit over 7 months now and couldn't be happier. The staff really do an amazing job and the amenities are everything you could need. Would highly recommend the Urby for anyone looking to stay close to the city, but have more space.
One of the biggest high-rises in New Jersey where is sectional views of New York and New Jersey skyline what a wonderful place to rent in addition where unique architectural design.

The room has great view and lots of natural light. Everything is new and clean. Maintenance requests usually take less than half a day to be fulfilled. Miguel from the maintenance team is very helpful and nice. The staff here actually care and try their best to provide the most comfortable residential experience. Morgan at the front desk is very nice and friendly. Mendi at the package room remembered my name quickly and was very helpful. So far very happy with everything about this place!
I have been living in Urby for 3+ years. This is the best building in jersey city. I like everything here, the cafeteria, the amenity and the people.
People who work here are superb! They are very friendly and helpful. In particular, Medhi and Joey who work in the package room are amazing! They can remember everyone's name and apt number, people from all 69 floors! They are doing a great job, taking care of tons of packages everyday very carefully! 5 stars and a big thanks to them!!!
Urby is absolutely stunning!! Everyone that works here is friendly and accommodating. In particular, Mehdi and Joey have been incredibly helpful to take care a ton of packages! Urby is in a great location and has modernly decorated interior. The river view is a big plus and the building amenities are fantastic as well. This is my favorite apartment in Jersey City and I would recommend it to anyone.
My husband and I moved here from Canada a month ago, and due to the pandemic restrictions at the time, we didn't actually see our apartment or the building until we showed up one Saturday at 8 am with our truck. We did it all remotely with our fingers crossed.
We couldn't be happier with our thoughtfully designed 2 bedroom apartment, the spacious gym and really lovely communal terrace. We have enough room to live, work, play and just escape here, which is super important in the Covid era.
And the leasing and move in team - especially Elena, Stephanie and Tiffany - were phenomenal, helping us with all of the random questions we had moving in from another country in exceptional circumstances.
Any apartment in the Jersey City / Waterfront area will come with a price tag - what was clear to us through our virtual tours and now a month into our lease is that Urby offers unique value, through its many thoughtfully designed spaces and most especially the responsiveness of the people who work here.
Oh - last thing I want to mention - is that it's a 7 minute walk from a large, well stocked Shop Rite that has something for every price point. Since we cook at home a lot, that was an amazing surprise!
