I submitted the documents. I gave the 1000 lei tax to them. All documents were valid (tax certificate and land book extract). A month and a half ago I saw on my official website that my mother's file had been rejected. I called Urbio to ask him why and they said it was the fault of those from AFM who analyzed the file late. They said I was appealing.
Good. I called 5 times in the last two weeks and no one answers the phone, including the person I gave the money to (I got the receipt from them).
I don't know what public relations service they have, but it's all about ....
Their attitude is completely out of place!
I honestly don't know how to proceed.

The file for which the 1000 lei were paid was not even submitted: it does not appear on any list on the ministry's website (admitted / rejected / appeals / etc).

At the beginning of September I went to them and they gave me to talk to someone who worked from home who made sure that the file was submitted, but I did not look where I should - but he will also investigate in parallel clarify that the file is still registered.

That's about it, since then no one answers my phone: neither the person nor the headquarters.
