Amazing so glad they are back on the radar the best place

Loved my experience yesterday. I had Reann for a cut and blow dry and cannot wait to get booked in again with her. She is extremely professional, well presented and experienced in her skills. I would highly recommend her and UR. The decor is stunning, beautiful products and the Christmas touches at the moment are absolutely gorgeous. Thank you Reann again!

I benefitted from a complimentary treatment generously provided by Urban Retreat to say Thank You, specifically to NHS staff. Nina was the epitomy of professionalism.

Not had a beauty treatment yet, but had my make-up done here and they did a wonderful job, paying attention to what I d like whilst giving advice. As someone who doesn t normally wear make-up they kept it fairly light and natural, which was really nice and you can tell she s a proper hands on make-up artist who knows what she s doing (Elizabeth).

The who are working there are so cool and polite. I just want to thank's a lot Terrie for her amazing tattoo work (coucou de Suisse ) ! If you want to do a tattoo or anything else like spa or hair design in London, this is the place to be !

Contacted them for an appointment, 3 times by email, and 2 times on Instagram...still waiting for their answer. They couldn t care less about a client. Very bad customer service!

Amazing place especially the cleanse clinic Kheragriggs, attentive and experienced staff. I had a wonderful facial and my skin look brighter and lifted afterwards, highly recommended.
