The renton responds app for your smart phone is nice but not everyone has a smart phone and the old ways of communication are disabled. Do keep that in mind. It is nice to see renton trying to listen to their citizens.
I highly feel it is time to block off ALL left hand turns on NE4/ne3 rd street from arco to qfc due to the high number of increasing accidents. Factoria did this and they have fewer accidents. Just means you'll need to offer uturn light options. Intersections that do not have lights should be offered lights. Renton is growing and this main road going through town needs to be made safer.
