very unprofessional, don't buy any apartment built from them. I wait for the deficiencies in my unit to be fixed until two years after reported. One day a man suddenly showed up in front of my unit without any appointments. when i asked him what specific deficiencies was he looking to repair? he whispered to himself and said I told you. very rude and disrespectful man, even did not speak English clearly. and walked away suddenly by saying you are not giving me permission to your unit... train your employees please.
Urban One Builders, is so disorganized. They are lacking a sense of professionalism and most important integrity.
I just finished a job for them, my experience was a nightmare, they are so cheap, also they take you for granted and no sense of community or fair business.

Tom at Urban One was great at dealing with our window sill bubbling problem. He was very responsive with our emails and was prompt to get his crew to fix small issues that arise. His crew also did a great job replacing the window sill.

They focus on there bonuses so much as to miss very important focuses on construction. Drywall is there priority everything behind it is a fail never buy if urban one had built it.
