very unprofessional, don't buy any apartment built from them. I wait for the deficiencies in my unit to be fixed until two years after reported. One day a man suddenly showed up in front of my unit without any appointments. when i asked him what specific deficiencies was he looking to repair? he whispered to himself and said I told you. very rude and disrespectful man, even did not speak English clearly. and walked away suddenly by saying you are not giving me permission to your unit... train your employees please.
