Bought the ALFIE Modern Industrial Ladder Display Rack and MYA Scandinavian Fabric Side Table which fit perfectly into the house. Items came in good condition (clean, not dusty or smelly) and quality is deemed acceptable for the prices paid! Deliveryman called up 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment to confirm we were at home and the delivery process was prompt and fuss free. Very pleased with my first purchase here and will gladly come back to browse for other items I might need!

The person in charge of the delivery of marble table is very responsible - first he checked with me on the order, informed me that item was undergoing QC check! , delivery date and time and after it was delivered to me, he sent me a whatsapp to check if the item delivered to me was satisfactory! I haven't had such experience. Urban Mood really took such great efforts to ensure item delivered correspond with my order and that I was satisfied with the condition.

I dont usually review products. But i felt the need to make a special mention for this LYNX Hollywood Vanity dressing table. Lovely design, solid, brilliant black dressing table which is complete with mirror, chair and a side rack for that extra storage! Just perfect for my makeup artist daughter. She loves it too and that's job done!

CS was professional with communication before delivery, and very prompt with follow up after delivery to ensure items were okay.

Items received in good condition, with a lot of bubble wrapping when delivered. Just take note that colors may not be exactly the same as photos due to lighting.

I ordered the CRUZ Modern Contemporary Bar Table & Stool (this is the description of the item) at $360 24/2/2021. When the bar table came without the stool on 11/5/2021, I was told that sorry for the confusion , the item is sold without stool. When I checked again, website still show the same item description but now at $330. Cheaper? By the way I found a exact bar chair I purchased with them too on AliExpress free delivery so I am switching over.

I purchased the NOEL Modern Japanese Style Wooden TV Console. The quality and workmanship surpassed my expectations! The laminate finishing has no scratches or chipped parts. Solid wood and pretty heavy. Drawers came with soft closing and ventilation vents were installed behind each drawer.

Not only the product is impressive, I am also wowed by the service from Urban Mood. A Quality Check was done on the TV console, ensuring it is in good condition before delivery. This makes the purchase hassle free and eliminated the trouble of complains and returns. The item was pre-assembled and delivery and installation took less than 10min to complete. Thereafter, a follow-up by CS to ensure that all was in order!

Initially, I was hesitant to make the purchase as a showroom is not available. For an e-commerce home furnishing service where viewing is not possible, after sales service is important. Thank you Jane from CS and Romeo from After Sales for checking-in. And not forgetting the delivery guys Hung and Cheran for being on time despite the rain! They are reliable and trustworthy team and it has been a great shopping experience with Urban Mood!

My EDMON Solid Wood Work Desk / Table has finally arrived today! Although it took 2 months to arrive, it was worth waiting. Happy with the item bought and service has been excellent throughout the purchase process. I was promptly informed about the arrival of the item. Delivery service was good and staff were patient and helpful with the installation. Will consider Urban Mood again in my next purchase!
