Swiping machine doesn't work perfectly on sim card of any mobile company, but on wifi it's good, and so though it has sim, then also we have to provide wifi to it always.

Worst Software, horrible service by Mr.Prateek who is the so called projet manager. After several mails still no respond.

worst service providers ever, calling them since last 5 days and asking for my own money, no response at all.. every time they reply will do it tomorrow , in fact they even do not transfer their call to their managers , it clearly shows the intentions of company..

Had a very bad experience. Initial deposit paid on time and received the device very lately but charged for the particular month. charges are not as per agreed at the time of agreement signed. after sale very worst response from Customer support . With in a few months the start to over charge .If you ask any question the blindly request you to courier the device for cancellation.
Deposit not refundable..Very bad choice i choosed..Earlier i used Mswipe is far better. Just read the reviews, this happen to mostly all..

may be the Higher management have to look in to the complete ( Worst ) customer service team...i can see the main issue is after sales customer support is very poor ....please look into this before it sink...

Giving 1 star is waste for this payswiff. i strongly recommend not to buy any swiping machines. i shown with proofs regarding the missing of money. there is no update from them. with out our knowledge the advance pay will get activated. very horrible experience!!

Till they make you buy the machine, the sweetness and care will be overloaded. After that worst of customer support. The watchman will pickup your call and say all have gone for lunch. The customer assistant named PAVANI / RIYA who assisted me after paying the money no reply for call or message. Not ready to hear and sort the issue. Worst worst worst experience. Not even one star deserves as it was lowest i opted it.
