I have been calling for 2 weeks straight I order a book on August 4 I still have not got my book. When you press the order prompt they answer and tell you that they will have someone call you back. Now for the first since I be calling the prompt said it is a delay in orders. Now again I am writing on a call back I have been waiting for an hour and six minutes in courting. I hope I get this resolved by the end of the day. I also do not understand why I can not track the order.

These people never answer the phone! They never return your call even when you put your phone number in for them to call you back! I am so disappointed. I have two orders that have not been delivered and I have been trying to contact someone at this company for the last two weeks. I have waited on the phone several hours for someone to pick up the phone. I have put my phone number in for a callback at least six times! This is a disgrace!
