I was new to the state and my local day care suggested I apply for subsidy for my two boys. From beginning to end the staff has been helpful and so professional. Case managers like Doris C. are exceptional at their job while educating you in the process. She was patient and kind. The guidelines are strictly enforced but the staff will help you the best they can. Some go above and beyond.
I can say I've never had a problem with my paper work going missing. The staff has a strong attitude but I'm sure they have to be that way because of the amount of ppl that going in yelling half the time.
worse place ever. they are suppose to be there to help but they are "so overwhelmed" that all they do is joke around in the office i would like to know who runs this office because whoever does needs to get fired. my daughter brought her application back in December it now January 21st and the case worker told her that her case was terminated for lack of information. case worker tania taylor is the worst she need to get terminated herself instead of her terminating cases. my daughter is trying to better herself by finishing highschool and not live of the system. didnt want to give any stars but this is the only way you could post
Great staff! They always have kept me up dated on my child care case by mail and guide me trough my steps. Very helpful.
This place has terrible management. An individual forged my signature to obtain benefits and they have done nothing. This individual is still receiving reduce child care. No prosecution. Just low class management.
Another of police presence which gives you the idea you're in an unsafe place.
They always answer the phone with an attitude, and they take for ever to reply to emails, and I emailed 3 different people at same time and different times of the day for several weeks now. Ridiculous.
