Jeffrey, Chris and the entire team were absolutely amazing, throughout the whole process of laying turf in our backyard, and cleaning out and updating our beds. The river rock and succulents transformed our previously messy yard into an environment that is now pretty, clean and eye-catching. They were mindful of our pets too...several curious dogs, and they chose plants and sustainability of everything, given our situation. From the meeting, to planning, to implementing, the entire team was wonderful!

Did a good job with 95% of the work, but then did not finish what he said he would and ghosted us on phone calls and text messages.

I don t know how anyone could give this team of amazing landscape professionals anything below a 5! If 10 stars were only an option! Jeff and Chris are outstanding to work with. They completely transformed our backyard in to now our favorite place to hang out. The design and vision of what plants to use and how to integrate custom concrete work was something way beyond what I expected. I had some super high end landscape designers come in and offer plans that made zero sense. ULG got the job done! And the crew was professional they were on the job before I woke up and there after I got home from work. I can t say enough great things! Will recommend to anyone in Austin/Austin area!

We had Jeff and Chris improve our drainage after a neighbor's recent remodel left less permeable ground on their lot. They were great throughout the entire process, from the initial consultation to making sure everything was done to our complete satisfaction. I can't recommend them enough.

If you need quality landscaping done then these are the guys! Chris not only came out and fixed another landscapers job gone wrong, but also designed a beautiful backyard oasis around our pool. Thanks guys!

After spending over $100,000 with Jeff and Chris at Urban, I would not recommend them. Whatever they tell you in person, make sure you get it in writing and make them sign it. They will say a lot in person and even in writing but when it comes to honoring what they say they will do, they won't.

They will charge you many times retail for plants and imply you get a warranty by buying through them and using their staff to plant them. When a few of the plants don't make it and you call them for replacements, they will then try to tell you that they only warranty them if they also put a new sprinkler system in. Well they did in our case and when we reminded them of that, they then changed their story and said it was only a temporary system because it tied into the old system. When we complained again, they then said they would replace them at wholesale cost and they put that in a text writing. We've now called them over two dozen times to make good on their written promise. Crickets.

Jeff and Chris are good guys and we like them a lot personally. Just be careful that you get them to sign what they represent.

Can say enough nice things about Jeff and Chris at ULG! They did an amazing job on our venue project. We had received quotes from 4 different landscapers before this and none of them were a good fit. ULG had the perfect mix of professionalism, affordability, design, and experience. The design and install turned out even better than anticipated! They were quick and had great attention to detail. They are are always responsive and easy to get a hold of. They communicated regularly along the way with updates which is a breath of fresh air compared to contractors we've had in the past. A few items were damaged in the process and they quickly repaired all of them. We had a final walk through and they even took the time to fix the things we noticed so everything wrapped up beautifully. Highly recommend these guys!! 10 out of 10!

Urban transformed our yard from a disaster that looked terrible and drained poorly into what you can see in the images below. Good knowledgeable crew that found solutions to many unexpected problems along the way. I definitely recommend.
