After spending over $100,000 with Jeff and Chris at Urban, I would not recommend them. Whatever they tell you in person, make sure you get it in writing and make them sign it. They will say a lot in person and even in writing but when it comes to honoring what they say they will do, they won't.

They will charge you many times retail for plants and imply you get a warranty by buying through them and using their staff to plant them. When a few of the plants don't make it and you call them for replacements, they will then try to tell you that they only warranty them if they also put a new sprinkler system in. Well they did in our case and when we reminded them of that, they then changed their story and said it was only a temporary system because it tied into the old system. When we complained again, they then said they would replace them at wholesale cost and they put that in a text writing. We've now called them over two dozen times to make good on their written promise. Crickets.

Jeff and Chris are good guys and we like them a lot personally. Just be careful that you get them to sign what they represent.
