Hands down best tattoo artist I ve ever met. Master at his craft. Would highly recommend.

GG did my tattoo, she was awesome and I didn t feel uncomfortable or in pain, the 2 tattoos came out great ! Would definitely come back and definitely recommend

I have been going to Chris (Brain Storm) for about 15 years and he never disappoints. Very detailed clean work. Anytime someone asks for a tattoo artist he is my first referral. Definitely worth it.

Received my very first tattoo from Urban Ink recently for my birthday. Visited the shop on a whim for a consultation and was able to meet with Brain Storm as he took his time and answered all of my questions and even designed my tattoo with me digitally. The time he took to spend with me shows the professionalism they have for their business! I wanted a black owned tattoo business for my first tattoo and I m glad I found them. They took time to explain to me the downsides of the type of tattoo I wanted with specific colors I chose.

The price paid was a little more than I expected as I was told by Brain Storm during my consultation that it would be less. I wish my artist would have communicated the price with me as he was going along. Overall my artist Rico stated that he has only been tattooing for about a year and he was great. He did a great job and was not heavy handed with his instruments. He took time to explain to me the colors and any concerns that he might have. I will be back once it heals to possibly add more color to my tattoo. Overall I enjoyed my experience and enjoyed talking with Rico. He really takes pride in his work and it shows. If I decide to get more in the future I will continue to choose Urban Ink of St. Pete.

I am not exactly sure how long ago I visited the shop. I love my tattoo and get so many compliments on it and can t wait till get a chance to get more ink from Brainstorm and his team of excellent artists. He s always the first person i recommend to anyone in search of a good artist and not just a tattoo guy .

I ve only gone to GG but all the other artist seem pretty good as well. I had a 3hr session and during that time, all the artist had someone on their chair pretty much the whole time - a good indication that their work is good since clients are booking and people are coming in.

I ll definitely be back for more.

I have been getting tattoos done by Brainstorm for years, I even drove over an hour to get my last tattoo because I have moved out of the area. He is the only one I will ever let tattoo on me. You get what you pay for when it comes to tattoos and honestly I think his work is worth more than what he charges. I Highly recommend this shop.

I have been going to Brain Storm for about 10 years for tattoos, and I won t allow anyone else to tattoo me. He does great work, very detail oriented, crisp lines. Everything is always clean (shop, tools Etc) . His work alone speaks for itself. He s very professional and will make sure you re satisfied with your tattoo.

Chris aka Brainstorm did two of my tattoos over 10 years ago and they look like I just got them done. Chris is very professional and it shows through his work. My favorite tattoo that Chris did is on my foot. It s a tattoo of a lion and pit bull face as one. I will be getting two more tattoos very soon.

Urban Ink provides a unique tattoo experience like none other! From the time I walked in the door the atmosphere was vibrant and the staff was very welcoming and engaging.

While I waited for my artist Brainstorm, I was able to enjoy a free game of Street Fighter (Yes, they do have an arcade edition of Street Fighter in the waiting room!) Not to mention they had a 60" television with the latest hits playing.

When my appointment began, the entire staff (Anthony & King Zig) took their time to carefully help me design my tattoo for the late, great Kobe Bryant.

All of their materials were modern and they took every effort to keep the process clean and sanitary. My tattoo has continued to turn heads and I could not be more thrilled with my new ink.
