This is a wonderful place to find a great place to live. I read some of the other comments but they have nothing to do with the business this is a Realestate company some of the other review said this was a taxi service or a store. How ever I fully enjoyed working with the agents here to help me find a nice house in Manhattan. I was welcomed here but all the agents and they made me feel like I was welcomed. Their motto is making clients to friends and friends to family. Well i can say for sure that they defiantly made me feel like a friend.
Its my first apartment in the city. I was referred to Upton by a colleague of mine. I thought I could do it myself and not pay the commission. Wasn't as easy as I thought, so I reluctantly called Upton and worked with Netty. I only had to look at 2 apartments, when we first met, she had me get all my papers together, I put in the application the same day since I was ready to go and Netty got me one-month free rent, plus a free week (got my apartment towards the end of the month and Netty got the landlord to waive the pro-rated rent there too)!
