In UPS Glostrup everything works slow and/or wrong. Nobody cares whether the parcel arrives on time or arrives at all. And to complete the picture of a mismanaged company the so-called customer service only answers several days after contact without interest or common courtesy. Avoid using this company!
Somehow always delivers on time and undamaged. So 5*!
Edit 5/5/2021: twice now that "the receiver wasn't home" while I've been at home 24/7 for the last 4 months. I don't order online to go pick it up in a store, then I could just go to the store. Still 2 stars for all of the times it went well.
Edit 12/5/2021: After an email complaint, they picked it up themselves and delivered it again. This time, they actually delivered. So 3 stars again.
Lost/stole my package...
My package which was on delivery for more than 1 1/2 went out for delivery at my address with no sort of notificarion from UPS. 5 days later i randamly check my tracking number which is saying i was not home and it will be delivered the next day. It also says it was placed at my front door. I live in an apartment complex, so that is a plain lie.
Contacted customer service who will do nothing. Just admits it seems strange, and have to contact the seller.. simply the worst delivery experience i have ever had. Now i have to get insurence involved.....
They didn't even try to deliver at home the package. I request to be delivered at home due to the size of the package and having problems collecting. After 2 more days of staying at home for the package they still didn't deliver it sending me to pick it up in a shop 1km away
NO DELIVERY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT USE UPS - INCOMPETENT COMPANY AND STAFF!!!
They don't answer phone, you will be on hold for more than 30 minutes just the be kicked off the line.
They don't deliver when they say they will, they don't even ring your doorbell, if you are lucky they drive to an access point, and perhaps they notify you thereafter. Their customer service is non-existent, not even able to tell you what the tracking site states.
It's a fraud company, not to be trusted, beware - DO NOT USE UPS!
Even you are waiting at home, they just don't come and ring the bell.
Simply the worst experience I have ever had. Absolutely careless about customer service. I will go as far as not buying from sellers which ship by UPS. I'm actively trying to pay an invoice and no one replies yet they continue to send you invoices.
Was home all day, to get the message at the end of the day that the parcel was left at anearby shop. They didn't even try to, very poor delivery service!
