Such a great library and nice little courtyard outside with lemon trees. We've been having a horrible time finding a place to get some remote work done and this was such an ideal spot to get work done. They were super covid conscious as well and we felt safe.

I've never had an unpleasant visit. The staff has been very helpful and pleasant. I hate when you are in line and the staff ignores you and keeps talking. I've never encountered this which is why I like going to this library.

One of the IE's nicest and biggest libraries. They have some great programs.

I have lived in this area for over twenty years, and this is the best library in the area. They are friendly, helpful, and efficient. In so many ways, it is my home away from home. As for the shelves, they have a good mix of new and old text to explore. What more could you want in a public library?

As walking into the library, i find myself very lost and being new to the area no one greeted me or said hello to help me to figure out the layout of the library. As i started to find a spot to sit, i had a guy speaking loud towards the employer, as the employer didn't have the situation in control. Not knowing that i needed to have a library card to access the internet, so i had to pack all my stuff and head back upstairs to get one. As taking the 15 mins of applying for a card and coming back downstairs and getting back on my laptop, signing onto the internet, i wasn't able to watch a video for my study. As talking to the employees downstairs, i find them very rude to an older man and have no respect. I would probably not come to this library again because of the lack of customer service. I have work in a library and understanding the frustration of helping people all day; i would never talk down to someone but sit there a listen to try to know how to proceed with the situation.

I loved it. Very friendly staff and helpful. Beautiful environment. It was as if I were reading at home.

Terrible wifi connection, so slow that I tried 5 times in less than a minute, anyone in charge of this please fix it, bad reputation for the City of Upland.

Great library and staff. The book cellar has a huge selection of books for a low price and all of the profits support great programs for the community.

Friendly staff, very helpful, there's a good variety and if they don't have what you want they can order it from another library.

Great library, well designed, lots of books and media, with a great children's area and a place on the bottom floor to buy misc. books and music at a discount.

Really great and well staffed library. During the summer they have an excellent and fun program for kids to encourage them to read.

Very helpful staff, clean, fast computers, book selection, and great wifi make for a great library experience

Can be a bit noisy at times but the selection of books are vast & they give you about 3.5 weeks to return your book. The 1 hour, once a day limit on the computers are a bit of a bother but if you live close by that won't be an issue too often. I suggest you bring a laptop to work on the Wi-Fi. The signal works best downstairs near the clearance book section.

I absolutely love this library! They have a good selection of books and are part of a much larger system that can get me any book I want to read. A good selection for kids too, and they have decent movies available.

Everyone here is so nice and It's a great place to write if you need some time away from home to do so

Used to come here as a kid and it was one of the best places of my childhood from 1st or 2nd grade straight through to my first couple years of high school loved the environment and well I'm not a heavy reader anymore but I can say they had alot for a younger kid to read

Staff are friendly, and I appreciate access to amenities, but this is the loudest library I have ever been in. The staff at the front desk made it pretty hard to study/read. If you re coming for quiet, I might consider a different library.

Very clean and organized plus there is ample space and tables for you to sit down and do some paperwork. The staff members always seem to me to have a very helpful and supportive attitude and this is a great area of Upland to chill out and relax which is why I've been coming here for decades !

Very nice and quiet but not a lot of options of different genres of books. The staff is very nice.
