This clinic is the worst. Receptionist was so rude to me I automatically got sick. SHe hang up on my face as I was talking to her. Wow, please retrain your staff.

I've been going to this clinic for over 8 years and it seems like it gets worse every visit. I only like 2 Dr.s, OB/GYN Dr. Rodriguez and My kids Dr. DR. Mendez. She,s been there with me from the beginning but other doctors I have seen. there were horrible to me. A lot of the staff gave me attitude when I needed documents and they are very lazy. My family told me to leave this place years ago. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

I have been receiving clinical services from this clinic since I can remember. My son and I attend this clinic yearly and to ensure I am receiving the attention I need, I book appointments on days/times that are less busier. I believe high quality of customer service is very important in any type of setting and if I do not feel comfortable with the way that I am being treated, I address it in the most respectful manner possible. Luckily I have not had to do this with the staff at this facility. I am satisfied with every visit.

This place is horrible the social worker never get stuff done on time they ignore ur calls they act like you never called them

Very disappointed, I went for an appointment on Friday, at 3:30pm and they distance call me.at all, when I ask how's going to see me.they told me that, the lady that washe going to see me left, after almost 2 hour waiting, like a stupid, I'm new in this clinic, and I will start looking for another clinic, ASAP.

This place has changed so much and not for the best. I keep getting a new RN because for some reason they keep leaving but this time is my turn to leave.

This place was horrible I went today to laboratory and this girl came and inject me for blood test she inject me twice at the same spot which I know it was wrong because I work as phlebotomist and meditacal assistant too
She doesn t have any experience to be there
I wish to know her name.

This place should be shut down indefinitely I ve never had an issue with them until the entire covid thing started. I ve had two different issues the first being when i made an appointment for a physical and sat there until the janitors were coming around cleaning the building to never be seen by the doctor. The second problem was calling to be seen by the urgent care to be told to wait two days for a scheduled call to never get a call. This place is absurd and I will be seeking to have this clinic investigated by the attorney general.

This is not to say that my physician is a 3 star! He's the best, and I've followed him from another clinic. Been seeing him for nearly 20 years. The clinic itself leaves much to be desired in many areas, including: support staff competence, that's professionalism in manners, dress, attention to detail, telephone skills, knowledge of areas where they work. Especially in Behavioral Health. They need to be culturally competent too! In terms of not assuming your ethnicity, or what languages you speak based on the color of your skin and/or your name origin. The environment at the clinic is awful. Uncomfortable, TV's blaring in all waiting rooms, uncomfortable seating, children running around without control. It would be a lot nicer if the waiting area on the Adult Medicine floor was divided by low planters, cordoned off areas, quieter areas where adults can relax while waiting (sometimes hours) to see their providers. The main lobby on the ground level is even worse. No waiting areas, suggest that there be as above. Two double doors at the entrance open and close constantly just because someone gets within 3 ft. of them. In the winter it is freezing, and traffic exhaust fills the area. What's needed is an additional door that has those buttons to press to open it, keeping the outside climate outside where it belongs, or replace them with such. I'll quit the harangue now. If you can afford better, go for it!

Terrible service workers, I call the hospitals to set up an appointment for COVID19 test, and it took me 1h waiting in the phone.

The worst service ever they constantly cancel your appointments often without telling you u can't get a dr apt for months and that's before covid they charged me double co-pays even tho I paid and they still billed me im taking myself and child to another clinic damn shame and I been a patient since a baby and I'm in my 30s now same as my son smh

Great care if u are Hispanic or black or asian. If u are a Caucasian keep looking your treated below 2nd class. This in no way should impact on the care and qhality that the Dr's, nurses and direct caregivers. They do go above and beyond there duties on a daily basis. Much thanks to everyone. Today I went because i have a urine infection or a urinary tract infection or s bladder infection. I'm 53 years old with a history of kidney stones. They did s urine dip gave me s shot of torodol that didn't do a dam thing. They should of at least started me on an antibiotic they didn't do that I'm home now in so much pain they did schedule a renal ultrasound. I'm in solo much pain.I'll never go there again ever
