My experience with Upex to date has certainly been worthy of a 5 star review - They have been extremely helpful and professional with me and are always there whenever you need them as they are always open! Scammers! Be aware!
They promise you ongoing jobs, that suddenly end and they inform you in an email in the evening that you do not have to go to work the next day. They promise you to reimburse travel expenses (written in the job description), then they don't pay and do not answer the emails.
They lure you with a tolerable hourly rate than they charge you for earning. The more you earn, the more they deduct. They promise you to pay for the break, then they do not pay. In the end I had less than the minimum wage for a 40 hour job, around 6.5.
I gave one star only because Google did not let me post it with no stars. They do not deserve any stars! Never trust them!

I was working with UPEX in 2017 , Now I am working with them again..they care about you and always they listen if perhaps you get problems about the job , the payments are punctual and good rates...if you are unhappy with the role , you can be confident to talk . anyway very good company.

Can't fault Upex at all. James was really good on checking up with how it was all going. The only downside I would say is they use a company to do the payroll ( umbrella company ) so your basically self employed and they charge you to do your books, honestly umbrella schemes are the worst.

Do not work for this agency, avoid. They allow candidate's to be mistreated at jobs they are placed at. Im pregnant and I went to work at a hotel I was disrespected and left. Upex did not pay me for my time there nor did they even apologise. They have been ignoring me and refusing to pay me for my time. Pls avoid

I have just become a new employee of Upex. I have found it quite difficult in the past finding employment in the local surrey cobham area. Since joining Upex they have been consistent with the level of professionalism and approach to finding me employment. I will say that the staff there are polite and very efficient to say the least. I would happily recommend Upex in the coming days or future to anybody I come accross looking for temporary or permenant employment.
