Your truck driver is a stupid idiot. Teach him how to park. Not blocking people in.

Don't expect a fast and easy loading process. The brokerage side is on the cheap side, odd how you can get better from other brokers than them direct but that isn't unusual as it is common with most broker/carriers. Almost always goes into detention when loading here but I'm accustomed and know what to expect when dealing with Updike

Rude people at recieving office. Forklift driver unloaded fast. Would rather avoid coming here again.

Updike kept us fully in the loop when scheduling delivery. No surprises and furniture arrived in perfect condition. Thanks!

Very difficult to get to due to construction. Tight inside, not easy.

Unloading was a nightmare, recieving clerk completely unconcerned about her job.Been here for 4 hours still waiting. I will not deliver here again.

Dispatches dont give you enough miles but 300 miles to 350 miles a day and recruiter are bunch of liers.

I was hired on left my old job cause they had told me my mvr and back ground were good. I went to orientation to start work then they told me I wasn't able to continue after being told I could start work. Nice people but a shady move. Now I'm jobless and have to look for a new job I have a little baby boy and my wife to take care it was unprofessional......This was today in Phoenix AZ..

Friendly staff and unload fast and early appointments....

I want to thank the team that delivered a dresser to my home for my son. My son was out at the time of the delivery and being the only one home when they arrived they were super polite and extremely helpful in assisting me getting the dresser in the garage and getting it in a spot that would allow me to move around it. I wasn't sure what I was going to do about getting the dresser in the garage without help. I only had to ask and they were both so helpful in assisting me. I can't thank that delivery team enough. I wish I would have gotten their names so I could put them here. Please forward this to the delivery team supervisor. I want them to know they have a couple of really great employees.

I bought furniture through Joss and Main and Updike was scheduled to deliver it to me. They did not show up on the day that was scheduled, didn t bother to call me and WILL NOT respond to my phone messages or even answer their phones. Joss and Main has called them also and was told they lost one of my boxes and because of that didn t bother to deliver what they had to me. I have called multiple times and still do not have my furniture. They have horrible customer service.

I would also give this company zero stars if possible. Never called me to schedule my delivery and all they do is keep transferring phone calls thru departments. It wasn't my choice to have this company deliver my furniture and after viewing their rating would NEVER even consider using them.

I had an appointment for a delivery, they did not showed up, I try to contact the company, look like to phone is off, I did not get any updates from them.

I went in there for a job interview. They were very unprofessional. They had belittled me, I felt uncomfortable. I am so glad that I didn't get hire, after reading most of the negative reviews.

This company delivered my Costco furniture order and did a fabulous job. Seems like only negative people give reviews on their delivery service, so I wanted to give a positive one because I had a great experience. My delivery was done by Josh and Alex, and they went above and beyond to ensure that my new furniture was delivered in a professional and courteous way. Customer service was excellent and scheduling my delivery was a very easy process. I've dealt with lots of delivery companies here in Southern California, and this was one of the best.

I am currently working at Updike as a driver,just doing turns so I am home every day and off weekend,I really like that after being on the road and home only 3 days a month for the last 8 years so far not to bad to the work for

I would give them no stars if I could. Costco is using this company to deliver an order to my home. The delivery was scheduled for last Friday, they never showed up! After nearly an hour of transferred phone calls they told me it would have to be rescheduled because their truck broke down. They should have called to let me know! Then I took off work AGAIN on Monday...they told me delivery window was 8am-noon. It's now 2:17pm, no call, no show and I've already made several calls and no one can seem to give me an ETA!
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I purchased an item from Costco and they used these guys to deliver the product. Got a text 7 days prior with delivery date and information that they will call 24 hours prior for appointment. No phone calls, then get another text a day after the schedule delivery date with an appointment for 6 days later. I called and they informed they called, my cell phone record show no calls from them. Yet the text "automatic" setup an appointment for another date, and this is all done without contacting me. Interesting that they can setup the appointment a week later, without informing me, but yet canceled my original appointment, since they call me. Waste of time, and money. We all work, and make arrangement to receive these item. But what do they care, as along as it based on their convenience.

my driver got there nobody loaded him and when i tried calling after hours or Megan direct line nobody answered and not even answered emails
would not recommend working with her ,if you dont want to get screwed and she refuse to pay TONU for the driver wasted all day there

Great place a little tight for us older trucks but in and out pretty fast. Got there 5 hours early and was out in 1 hr.

The Updike delivery folks dropped off my Wayfair package this morning and it was a great experience.

Andre and his team were very polite and professional. They handled the delivery with care and attention.

ZERO STARS. No call, no show
on delivery day for my Wayfair order. Happened to look at my email and saw that they said I wasn t home it was a customer missed delivery . LIE. I ve been home all day, door open, phone by my side. I m beyond frustrated. You screw

Typical DC. I was told that they would be calling my momentarily with a door number. 3hrs later, they put me in a door and here I sit.... also, tight backing if you get a door on the south side. Also, no bathrooms for drivers.

This company discriminates against race, disability, and background.

My first time here at updike, making my delivery .10/2/2020 everyone is so attentive and kind my receiving agent Ms. Mary took me in early and my fork lift driver who, unloaded me was so cool...very friendly atmosphere and great people working for updike logistics. I've been a driver for 27 years long haul this what I, like to experience smiling faces, great attitude and friendly environment with all people working together with amazing spirit ..that's awesome ! Thankyou. for giving me that satisfaction. Good humans works here..

By far the worst shipping company. Horrible communication and accountability. We have placed tow expensive orders through Wayfair who uses Updike for delivery. Tracking services showed our items on the truck and in route, then completely disappeared. First experience, we ended up having to drive to salt lake city to pick up our item (large tempurpedic mattress). Second experience - When the Updike drivers were notified that our delivery did not come, but tracking showed it had been delivered, we were hung up on. When we called back they were adamant that they delivered the item, then after calling Wayfair found out the item was never even loaded on the truck.

Appreciate the honesty of the staff at Updike. Keys were left in parking lot, truck doors were even left open, forgotten. My expensive phone was lost in the warehouse and yet all things were retained and given back and ensured were safe by the staff there. Employees at Updike, thank you all.

Great place to work and management actually treats you with respect.

Was not bad to get to, I was 20 minutes late for my delivery due to accident on I-17 they still found a way to work me in to get unloaded.

On three separate occasions the vendors I've purchased large items have used Updike to make my home delivery and all three times there have been issues. The main office calls in advance and give you a four hour window, the morning of the delivery you get a text reminder which means nothing as they never show up on time. On one occasion the delivery came two days later without warning and they've dropped the pallet on the front of my main door. I've try contacting them on several occasions but no one returns calls. AVOID then if you can.
