The recruiting needs to improvise. First the HRs send incorrect timings for the interview despite discussing over the call. This happened in all the three rounds. Also the HR will call you saying that the application will be processed to the next rounds and suddenly she would sms you saying that she is considering some other profiles. Very unprofessional!!
