Our order was completely wrong. The food was very expensive and poor quality, the chicken on the salad was slimy like and tasted terrible and had the same texture and quality as mcdonlds. $40 for a salad and cheese burger plus a side of broccoli I expected to atleast have real chicken...

Love Honi Honi! Right on the shore of Deep Creek Lake, boat access, great music and nice staff. Plus Uno's next door!

Great roadside eats! Try the pizza skins, they will change your life.

Firecracker chicken was a bit rubbery. Service is okay. They have location on the lake going for them.

Any time we have been there the service has been great and great food. Have special motorcycle parking and how we go.

Communication issues caused a lot of frustration. One app was late, so they said they were going to comp 1, they didn't. One entree was wrong, so they said they were going to comp it, they didn't.

It's a run of the mill Uno chain restaurant, everyone was nice and the food is what you'd expect; but either say you're doing something and stick with it, or don't say anything all.

The Chicago deep dish cheese and tomato is hands down the best pizza I've ever had in my life. Great service with beautiful outdoor seating that provides a perfect view of the lake.

It was super busy when I went but the wait only ended up being about 20 minutes. The waitress was nice and the atmosphere was energetic. Ended up having the buffalo chicken mac & cheese which was delicious. The food seemed well priced for how much you get and it was all very good. Would recommend.

Delicious lemon basil salmon! Good customer service, but they need to work on their sides. Fun games to play outdoors! :)

Ordered 5 pizzas from here . 2 pepperoni 2 plain and 1 BBQ chicken . We got 4 pepperoni and one plain . We are new to town here on a bachelors party and after a long day of playing 18 holes were really hungry so we decided to give this a try . 5 pizzas for $140 is absolutely absurd even for the best pizza in the world . Would not recommend to anyone .

BTW , the pizza was bland and cold and tasted like it was out of a box from the grocery store .

I would like a full refund as this was beyond disappointing .

Ordered food for a gluten allergy and got harassed by the person answering the phone. Spoke with the manager. She personally assured me the order was correct. We received 6 sour creams instead of ranch for a salad. Ordered a chocolate shake and got cookies and cream. She put in the closest thing to chocolate but didn t tell me. Thinking it was chocolate, our family member with a gluten allergy took a sip. It has Oreos in it...was not a chocolate shake. Now we have a sick kid on vacation. Didn t think you would give someone cookies and cream when you order chocolate and not tell them. UNOs doesn t have chocolate shakes! But if you order one, they will give you something similar and not tell you. Autoimmune diseases are hard enough and people don t get it until they get it. Vacation ruined thanks to cookies and cream!

Place was really busy but we were not waiting long. Food was wonderful even for a chain. Their pizza is truly unique and worth stopping in for.

Service all around was excellent. Our server in particular. Nice cozy place that I would recommend trying out.

My family and I visited Uno Pizzeria & Grill this past weekend and i must say the food was fantastic! We were able to be seated in a timely manner and received our drinks and appetizers fairly quick! The food came just as we were finishing up our appetizers! The restaurant was clean and well kept. My son and nephew enjoyed some coloring while they waited on their food. The proportion sizes were spot on for dinner time. Our waitress, which at this time I can not remember her name, was fantastic! She continually checked on us and made sure our drinks were always full without having to ask! I can honestly say I don't have a single thing bad to say about our experience! I will be visiting this restaurant again and will be recommending them to my friends! Very great job!

So I made a ride with 20 bikes for an hour to this place and I was denied service for a drink at the outside bar bc I had a medical condition and couldn't wear a mask. Even though I was let in to the place. Thanks for nothing. Don't recommend a place that denies people for not wearing a mask.

At the outside bar the manager said i could be served at the beer garden. So I went there and was denied. I offered to sit down at a table in the section where no masks were worn and have a friend with mask buy me one and I was told still can't be served. Just an FYI for ya

Delicious pepperoni deep dish and French onion soup

Anytime I visit the lake, I stop by. One of my "must haves" each visit is the French Onion soup! And that all American apple pie? Doesnt get any better than that!

Bartender made the wrong drink or the server rang it in wrong. The manager fixed the problem but the server didn't try to. Simple fix but server made no initiative to handle it herself.

My favorite restaurant in the area, not only for the food but the views of Deep Creek Lake....

Chicken Chesapeake not as good as expected. Long wait.

We ate there today n the tip was very chew n my bake potato wasn't done all the way n my husband hamburger was dry n no seasoning on it I wasn't in present at all

Have heard this place was good. Was not so much. Service slow, food ok, salad was wilted. One thing -- the bowl of chili was fantastic

Visited Uno's at Deep Creek Lake on Wednesday, 10/19/16 for dinner. Had not been there in several months (we try to make it at least 2x a months between Sept. and May. Our server, Lauren, was quite efficient and very pleasant. I ordered the "Black and Blue Burger" and Asparagus(never had this burger before) and it was cooked and presented perfectly and was scrumptious. My dinner mate had the "Guacalious Burger" and Asparagus, and it, too, was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious.
We returned on 10/26/16 at the same time, and our Waiter was "Nick" and we both ordered the exact same thing, except I ordered well done fries instead of asparagus. The Guacalicious Burger was good, but not as perfectly cooked as the previous week. The Black and Blue burger was medium well (I ordered medium rare), and very salty. The Blue cheese sauce was extremely salty and a little over-cooked (burnt spots on the top). The fries looked like they had been held over from lunch and re-heated and instead of being crispy/crunchy, they were a bit soggy and the portion was small in comparison to what we normally get. I believe the chef was different in the kitchen, as the food was mediocre at best. Even my ginger ale (which I sent back) was flat and tasted like ginger flavored water.
It was my choice not to send my meal back, as we had waited over 40 minutes for seating, which is expected and and about 20 minutes after ordering for the meal to be served and I did not want my dinner companion to eat without me or eat a cold/overcooked meal.
Needless to say, I will be wondering if Uno's will be my choice for my next dinner outing.

Overpriced for the filet and wasn't cooked to spec. Very busy at peak times but waiter was on it. I would have to say they have exceptional service with sub par food. I think it's just become a name around deep creek that it's a place you have to visit.

I love Wednesday for the senior 40% discount. Staff is friendly and it is a good atmosphere. I enjoy the pizza skins for an appetizer.

Very good food and drink specials. Friendly staff. Made accommodations for my party of 12, no problem.

When were up around Deep Creek Lake, 8 out of 10 times we stopped at Uno's, the food is always hot, as well the Waitress, and Waiters, are always great!

Always have had great food here. Can be crowded at times but they do have call ahead reservations which helps for larger groups. Younger kids can have fun outside in the playground.

Upbeat, fun atmosphere; on the water; delicious burgers; and great service. Highly recommend to all.

Surprisingly good with a variety of foods for both us and the kids. Plenty of seating, a short wait, and the prices were good too. Convienently near Wisp, and easily found off of the main road, we will be back again when we visit Deep Creek next.

Great place to eat and relax,my wife loves the fried zucchini, but I don't see it on the menu web site. We're driving in from Cincinniti, do you still serve the zucchini.?

Best pizza anywhere! I got the veggie pizza with eggplant....amazing! Drinks are great too!

Great Place to eat. Our Mushroom Swiss Burgers and Fries were fantastic. Great Service and friendly waitress. Food served in no time!! Will stop again when in the area. Also a great view of the lake!

Food was good. Huge portions. Great for big groups - they'll put you in the basement. Call ahead for a reservation or at the very least to make your wait shorter. Parking is difficult - so take as few cars as possible so it's not such a hassle.

We always loved the food there, and eat there very often if we are in that area, but last time we ate there at Oct.29, 2017 evening, I ordered fish N chip, A very hard rock was in the fish which chipped my half tooth off ( the manager took pic). A nice helpful manager talked to me and filled out an incident report form, she also took off the bill for the food. but their insurance people ignored us for more than a week now. I suffered with two days shock/pain, and had dental doctor fix my tooth, i already paid it, i cannot get them to contact me for the tooth cost, i am not sure if i need to take their insurance company court to get this done. now i am not sure if i want to go back there eat again, I do thankful the manager Alisha's help. hopefully i don't need to use my lawyer to involved with this issue.

POST LOCKDOWN REVIEW: Best BBQ bacon burger I have had anywhere. Great service too. Uno Deep Creek was dead on a Saturday which is kind of concerning, hope they don't fold.

Uno was Ok. Not too i.presses worh the food though.
Crab dip was too watery. I am from Annapolos and I know what a good crab dip is. It needs to be thick and chunky crab met inside.
Ribs were soft and juicy but missed more of the barbecue sauce.
And the most of the thing that was driving me crazy is that place is too hot.
They need to pit some atye ton to their A/C system.

Having been to Chicago and eaten at a few local places on the South Side, of course this isn't the best Chicago-style pizza I've ever had. It is, however, the best deep dish I've ever had from any national chain. I understand why a place More

My wife's birthday...came about 2pm..Sierra was our server....after ordering drinks, appetizer and meal,Sierra came back one time...we ordered 2nd drink...she came back 3rd time with the check..total elapsed time 40minutes....I would have spent much more and tipped Much more...but we we pushed out the door...no waiting line...

Popped in here for some dinner and drinks when my buddy and I were visiting deep creek for a fishing trip. We sat at the bar and ordered some beers and food. The food was good, the bar keep wasn't super friendly, but not mean either. I picked up this wine chiller for my wife too. I'd likely go back again next time.

Enjoyed our evening here! I ordered the teriyaki salmon which was amazing . I was almost done when the manager brings me a whole new salmon and felt bad because mine seemed small.... which I didn t think so at all but so very kind of them! Amazing service
