Amazing place helping those in need. They treat you with dignity and respect and lend helping hands!!

It's been a year, but I needed food to get me by. Grace oversees the food Bank and has that place running smooth. Everyone who volunteers or works there is kind. When I went through the line and had my food, one woman politely asked if she could help me carry my bags to the car. She did! I thought she was helpful. The one gentleman went to the back to grab more bread so there would be a variety to choose from. He was thoughtful even at the end of their shift.

I found them by chance they came knocking on my door. They literally saved my family and my life

US takes customer service very seriously and is all about treating their guests appropriately. They will do everything in their power to help and if they cannot they will point you in the right direction.

They will help you in any way that they can they are very polite to you understanding I recommend University settlement to anyone

Amazing organization for Cleveland and especially the Broadway/Slavic Village communities. Great food pantry and donation center with excellent community resources. The staff is extremely helpful and delightful.
