I was visiting a family member in the SURGICAL ICU. The staff there has been amazing and are all taking excellent care of my sister.
I cannot thank the Nurses, Doctors, and Technicians enough for what they're doing.

This is by far the best hospital we have ever used. They are a teaching school and have teams of people working for you and researching the best plan of action for you or your family member. I would say almost everyone we dealt with while there for a serious health crisis was loving, compassionate, professional and thorough. I would recommend them to anyone who asks.

Went to take my wife for a consultation with her surgeon . People were friendly and helpful.

Find a better school, one that treats you like an individual,not another number. I've attended UVM for three years and it's been nothing but a terrible experience. Looking elsewhere, recommend you do the same and save yourself some dough

Great care. Beautiful room (Miller wing). Large TV and great food. I almost didn't want to leave. I was in for a hip joint replacement and was able to go home the same day!

Difficult labor resulted in a 1 week stay and meeting so many different doctors and nurses. We liked everyone we met and loved many of them! Nothing bad to say. The food was even pretty good. Highly recommend the breakfast sandwich with sausage - best item on the menu. Harvest cafe great also.

Buildings are nice. Parking is pretty terrible; closest spot to the entrance I needed was a quarter mile away. I don't know what construction is being done at several places on campus, but hopefully it's meant to improve parking.
Also, staff was a solid hour late for an appointment time, even though we arrived (and checked in) early.
Overall: Not great. A shame.

The staff was very friendly and I felt like they really did their best to make me feel comfortable. They told me what they were doing to me and why and when I refused some medications they respected it but, were firm and reassuring about the need for diagnostic tests.
